I am providing an another update. I have worked with love sac via texting. They have been really good at responding quickly for me. But unfortunately the product I bought which is the love sac plus the chair fair. It is terrible. The love sac is comfortable don't get me wrong. But the whole reason I got the love sac was the fact they had a chair stand for it. After using it for almost 5 months. It's not worth it. it's pretty to look at it but it's not worth it. I'm flipping the sac several times a day just within 6 hours. But mind you, it's not just flipping the sac you also have to move the foam around each time you do it. so it can take up to 15 mins just to get it just right. Just for it to lose its shape and gets really uncomfortable. Love sac has sent me 20 pounds of foam and it did not help at all. putting in foam is a messy and annoying process as well. the chair frame has potential but as of now the design is horrible and it relies the customer who buys it to constantly go out of their way to make love sacs chair function. on top of that bank they work with synchrony is a complete total scam. they have told me my payments go through on the phone and when I pay. Then after the due date it says I'm late after telling me previously it's been paid. late fees wrack up and they milking money from you. Every payment is a nightmare. The customer service with synchrony is terrible. On top of it love sac can't do anything about it. So it feels like a complete trap. I've never had such a nightmare experience buying furniture or using another bank before. love sac needs to work with a new bank before I ever consider buying anything from them again. Read moreWe purchased the Sactional in Terracotta Rained Chenille, and the experience has been frustrating. The fabric is very stiff, which made putting on the covers extremely difficult. Building just four sections took us more than six hours—not because we didn’t understand the process, but because the covers were nearly impossible to fit. The side-angled pieces were the worst, and it felt like either the covers were cut too small or the couch pieces weren’t made consistently. Removing the blue bars during assembly was also a huge challenge. I couldn’t do it at all, and my husband barely managed—it would be especially difficult for someone smaller in stature. The back cushions were inconsistent: some fluffed up nicely, while others remained flat and looked smaller even after two days. One side-angle piece was so misaligned that we couldn’t get the cover on at all. And we still are not done building the couch. We had to wait for the rest of the couch to arrive. It is very disappointing there is not an option to have the couch built for us, and 50+ huge boxes removed! Not many people have a trailer to hall away that many boxes! It should also be free considering the cost of the couch. Another major downside is the return policy. If you want to return any part of the couch—or the whole thing—you have to pay shipping on each individual box, which adds up fast. For the high price of this couch, I expected a much better experience. I would never attempt to remove and wash or change the covers again, despite the company’s claim of versatility, because the fabric is too stiff to manage. Read moreWe visited the store and Lorrie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She quoted everything out for us in the store and it was great. Then when we called the store to place the order everything went wrong. The price that was charged to my card was higher than it should have been. The order got voided since the price was wrong and therefore my order wasn't shipped. after several days of going back and forth with Lovesac for a resolution they were able to get a new order placed (with an increased discount and expedited shipping). Turns out they got my address wrong and I still haven't received a refund to my credit card. I am working now to resolve the shipping issue, however Fedex says that I cannot request a delivery address change and Lovesac says that they need me to call Fedex to change it. Eventually I believe everything will be resolved, but it has and will continue to take a lot of effort on my part . Not to mention my family is sitting on the floor until it gets resolved. Here is to hoping that when it arrives they sent the right couch.......UPDATE....... its been two weeks since they told me I would get a refund. I reached out today and the customer service agent didn't know I was supposed to get a refund and their system says I was billed the correct amount ......UPDATE I changed my rating to three stars. I finally got the refund. I feel that their customer service attempts to resolve the issues inadequate, but I respect that they tried to make things right with the refund and...
