I purchased a ring on 11/4/2024 at the Las Vegas location along with a warranty that was not included in the sales price. About 3-4 later, we went to the this location to purchase an additional ring that accompanied the original purchase. At the time, the employee helping us pointed out that a small stone had fallen out. We were told they can do a one time exchange due to the stone falling out. We bought the ring and received a replacement for the original ring. All good to this point except for a stone falling out. A couple weeks pass and we noticed 3 stones had now fallen out of the NEW ring that replaced the original. Obviously concerned about the quality at this point, we went to this location to request a refund. We were told that the ring is NOT in the warranty period until 1 year after purchase so nothing could be done until then. I'm really struggling to understand the logic behind this. If you purchase a product from a VERY well known company who supposedly has a reputation for quality but your told there is nothing that can be done for nearly a year??... not computing. Pandora should back up their products with solid return policies and a warranty that is effective from day one of purchase. I swam with my charm bracelet in a hot tub and it tarnished. i researched online if it was fixable, and i was directed to go to pandora to have it cleaned and it would not need to be replaced. the manager at this store helped me and told me my bracelet was “ruined forever”. she took it to the back to clean it anyway. she came back 10 minutes later and told me it was not fixable. she said she “ran it through” 3 times. after telling her i was sad because it was a very sentimental gift from my mother, she told me it was “completely ruined”. And then asked me if i wanted to replace the bracelet and all the charms. I told her i would not buy a new bracelet and would settle for trying to clean it myself. i bought the cleaning kit and cleaned it to brand new at home. the polishing cloth was SO dirty i feel lied to. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at the Pandora store. The customer service was incredibly poor. The manager, in particular, was unprofessional and dismissive when I tried to address an issue with a faulty item I had purchased. Instead of listening to my concerns, they were condescending and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating.
It felt like they were more interested in rushing through the conversation than actually resolving the issue. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the store overall lacked organization. For a brand that promotes elegance and quality, the experience in-store was anything but. I won’t be shopping here again.
