A Good Selection with Room for Improvement at Nike Store

My recent visit to the Nike Store left me with a somewhat mixed impression. The store boasts an impressive selection of athletic footwear, apparel, and gear, catering to a wide range of sports and activities. I was particularly impressed by the variety of running shoes available, along with the knowledgeable staff who were eager to assist with fitting and recommendations. The store’s layout is clean and modern, making it easy to browse through the different sections.

However, despite the strong product selection, my overall experience was not without its downsides. For starters, the prices are on the higher side, which is expected for a brand like Nike, but it can be a bit discouraging if you’re shopping on a budget. While they do offer some sales, I found that many of the items I was interested in were still quite pricey compared to similar products available at other retailers.

Additionally, the store was quite busy during my visit, which led to longer wait times at checkout. Though the staff was friendly and helpful, they seemed stretched thin during peak hours, impacting the overall shopping experience. Overall, while the Nike Store has a great selection and quality products, improvements in customer service during busy times and more competitive pricing would enhance the shopping experience. First and last time I will shop here!! My nephew found a pair of shoes he wanted for Xmas. The price tag said $130. We bought them and when we got to the car I looked at my receipt and the charge was more than I thought it should be. I went back in and the girl who helped me was good it was the manager. The girl looked on line and it says the shoe was $140 now not $130 they just hadn’t changed the price in the store. She said she would talk with her manager and she if they could honor the $130. Manager comes out and flat out said NO but she did thank me for letting them know of this so they could change it in the store. I walked out and couldn’t believe it. Worse customer service ever. We ended up going to a couple other stores and he found a different pair of Nike shoes he like that were a lot cheaper so I returned the ones I bought. Again I’ll never go back this store again…I get it’s only $10 bucks but it’s the customer service part...

Some of the staff here needs to be trained. When I walked in there was a nice girl at the front of the store but the guy at the counter and girl looking at shoes in the back were terrible. I sat at the counter with a shoe in my hand waiting to ask for a size and no one bothered to help. Finally when I saw the girl in the back moving shoes around, and said "excuse me, could you see if you have my size" she told me to hold on as she was busy. Then she came over so bothered that I would even be asking for my shoe size and when I asked she said we only have these x sizes in that shoe and didn't bother to even look just said it off the top of her head. When I said I guess I'll try the half size up that the shoe on display was she just walked away. I went online and found my size and purchased it without their help and would recommend just looking online until someone there figured out how to actually...
