This is not your everyday burger place.

Ambiance: Similar to a bar as it's quite loud with fairly loud music. This should be a surprise I guess because it's part of the brand. Ok. It's LOUD. Conversation is a bit difficult. The bar tender banging the ice lock. She definite got a workout. That noise could go away and nobody would complain.

Service. Ok it was obvious it was opening day. They definitely got the rah rah about being attentive. They could wait a little to clear the plates cause they kept trying to take them while we were still eating. They were most definitely over staffed which makes sense for opening day. I don't know if I e complained about to much service, but this was close.

Our waitress Ariel was very good. She took our order in a timely manner and the food was quick. I'm sure things will get smoother the longer they're open.

Food: uh yum. We got the Mexican corn appetizer. That's a hit. So good.

My wife got the house burger. She said it tasted great. The one complaint is that the shredded lettuce got soggy with all the sauce. Otherwise delicious.

I got the truffle mushroom burger. I can't remember the real name but it's the last burger on the menu. Such a complex flavor. Seriously one of the best burgers I've had. The only reason I won't order it next time is because I want to try others.

Let's talk fries. The normal cut fries are really good but don't waste your time with them. Get the waffle fries and send me a check later, cause you'll owe me. So good.

We spent about $60 including tip. We didn't get alcohol so you know the bill will skyrocket if you do.

Oh and the soda. It's bar soda. Low quality flat soda. That could be the best improvement. Hey it's Utah and there's a lot of soda drinkers here. Stepping up the sofa game would be my biggest suggestion. Oh and turn down the music just a tad.

Overall- will definitely be back. Good food, good service, decent environment....

He crafted the best burger I’ve ever tasted, paired with perfectly crispy onion rings and melt-in-your-mouth calamari that was simply unforgettable.
