Beautiful place to get my girls’ ears pierced for back to school. Staff was friendly and the place is super clean. I appreciated that they were very patient with my nervous daughter and took extra time and effort to make her feel comfortable (used numbing cream and brought in an extra technician to do both ears at once). They were sweet to her and made sure she was happy with the results. ❤️

They also talked to and entertained my not nervous daughter while I pep talked my nervous one.

One thing to be aware of - all pricing listed is per piercing… so plan to double the listed prices if you’re getting both ears pierced.

That pricing makes sense in retrospect (since some people get just one piercing at a time), but listing prices more clearly as PER PIERCING would have been helpful.

Checkout was a bit of a sour experience when the price was twice what I expected.

Overall, I do recommend Rowan and will be returning.

This location is the BEST! I wasn’t even going to get a piercing . But the women were so great decided to pierce my flat .My daughter was previously traumatized by a piercing done at Claire’s. I had an earring get lost that was in my upper cartilage piercing. I had tried to put an earring in it but it was so painful and the earring I had was a cheap hoop that was irritating my skin. I went in and chose a sparkly diamond earring that is very good quality with a flat back. The nurse put it in my ear for me and it was painless! I thought it would sting a little bit but it didn’t hurt at all. She did a great job and I love my new earring! Hopefully it says locked in there...
