Rita & RLO Flair are absolutely amazing. A friend of mine recommended her a while back and I definitely don’t regret taking a chance. I needed a last minute order and not only was it what I wanted but more than I could have expected. I have placed many orders since then and she never lets me down. Even when I come to her with only half of a design I want or want to bounce an idea off of her, she delivers every time. There have been 1 or 2 times when I waited way too late (my fault not hers) or close to her closing for vacation where something has come up and she’s not able to fulfill an extremely last minute order for me so I’ve had to go to someone else and they never provide even half of the service I know I can get from her so I try my best to give more than enough time for her to take care of me. She also tries her absolute best to squeeze my order in when she can. From shirts to party decorations she has never let me down and she not only has a customer for life but I consider her to be a dear friend in my life at this point!
