The big surprise was the price. We didn’t see any pricing list when we ordered, maybe because we had sunglasses on,😎but I suspected their price would be a little higher than normal since they are located in a strip mall. Imagine my shock when the employee said it would be $18.55 for 2 of their large scoops of ice cream — gasp! 😱 I chose butter pecan and my husband chose dark chocolate; and mine was flavorless. At that price, their ice cream should have made my taste buds do the Watusi!

I always carry pink salt in my purse because I know what it in it, but never thought I would need it in my ice cream. I must add, their establishment is very clean and welcoming inside, and it was certainly a respite from the muggy heat. After we left, we realized we could have purchased 4 ice Sundaes from Braums with two scoops in each, for less than we paid in this place, and they would have tasted WAY better. Lesson learned. The ice cream was good, but honestly I don't think I've been this disappointed in a while. The young man behind the counter had no idea where any of the fruit toppings were and seemed completely lost. When I finally figured out what toppings to get instead, he just piled them into the center of the ice cream and didn't mix or chop it at all, resulting in entire brownies in the center of the ice cream and not pieces. This is the second time I've come by and there won't be a third because both times have just been horrible in regards to the ice cream toppings being mixed in and how difficult it...

Although I'm not usually a fan of cookies or desserts, I decided to give them a try. As soon as I stepped in, I was welcomed by a bright and clean atmosphere that smelled wonderful. We ordered five different cookies, and each one was delicious. We also tried six flavors of ice cream, and they just kept getting better with each one. While it was difficult to pick a favorite, I particularly loved the birthday cake flavor.
