Walked with my mom into Carols as we always do, to only be confronted by two very cold and rude female workers. One wearing a backwards Minnesota hat with glasses and the other being a heavier set gal wearing the Pink clothing. My mother is here from Oklahoma because I just had a 3rd child. Now, I was raised to say please and thank you to everyone and nothing changed when dealing with these two women. I said please and thank you while making our purchases trying to look past the two female employees attitudes. Then as the one employee handed my mother her popcorn, my mother said thanks hun. She says this all the time to younger females as she is from Oklahoma. Then as I’m standing there the young female mocks my mother in a very demeaning voice and says “thanks hun”. My mother and I were willing to look past all of the rudeness from the two females until that point. Even then the two of us refrained from saying anything to the employees and left the store. We will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place as long as these two are employed at Carols. Very sad because we truly...

I have had the pleasure of eating Carroll"s Corn since at least 1994. I do not live in Rochester so when I do come to the Mayo Clinic I absolutely MUST get some of their popcorn. I won't eat any other popcorn because Carroll's Corn as it is absolutely the very very best!!!! Pat Carroll and his team were professional, always happy to see me, willing to give samples, and made visiting Mayo's a positive distraction!!! Now that Seamus is the new owner he is carrying on the same tradition that Pat instilled. Seamus has even agreed to help me provide individual servings of Triple Mix to my communities fire fighters. That means shipping his corn from Rochester, MN to North Carolina! He cares about doing for others and not just making a profit! I have had popcorn mailed to NY as well in one of their Christmas tins and my grandchildren we so very excited and loved the corn! My favorite is the caramel but I've seen lots of sacks (BIG SACKS) of their popcorn leave the shop of different favors! YOU ARE TRULY MISSING OUT IF YOU DO NOT EAT CARROLL'S CORN!!!!!
