We live in downtown Rochester and have been a regular customer of DQ for years. My dog and I ran there, got there at 8:45 pm and walked in; was told it was closed at 8:30 but it says 9:00 pm when googled. Shame on you DQ!! How can you have a heart to say no to a kid and a pup??? It would have taken you less than 5 secs to put a little ice cream in a dish; really??!? This world is crazy enough as it is- Why wouldnāt you give some kindness? Daphne forgives you but next time DO BETTER! Because we made it to Sanders and they were more than accommodating and gave Daphne a free pup cup! Way to go...

We came on a Friday night after dinner in town. This place is always super busy whenever I see it open so I have never stopped before. This night was crazy busy for them.
They were doing their best but the line still moved pretty slowly. They were out of a lot of things. Including almost all the seasonal stuff and chocolate ice cream completely.
We had a few Blizzards and they were pretty good.
I would love to come back and try it again when it's less busy and they have a better...
