This rating is for all tiger lily location. The Rockford location is honestly the best location to go to. Do NOT I repeat do NOT go to any Wisconsin location. They will cheat you out your money, some of the workers are rude asf and make crude jokes about your weight and height. Rockford location is best overall on customer service aspect. There is three workers there I enjoyed most. An older lady with ombre hair she's on it and will make you feel like the most beautiful woman in the room. She'll critique you but is completely polite about it. Then there is two others that I enjoy as well. Young girls. One is brownskin and the other is tall slender and lightskin. Both young ladies are remarkable. The brownskin one with the pretty hair always smiles and will make you feel at home. I also just found out that there roster is fake because they gave me and one of my friends the same dress. When i went with my friend we got a worker that was very rude and did not explain the policies of the store. When she went back to exchange they told her no but she was not told this before. We went back today to pick it up and the woman who originally took her on was there and was incredibly rude and gave me an attitude when i asked why she did not explain the policy when we were first there. I dont recommend going there if any of the young girls are working there because they will really ruin your experience. They also dont dress for a high end shop the people in macy's dress better. We came in to exchange a dress to buy a more expensive one and was told yes only for store credit though. Then was told we need the receipt. Why do you need a receipt to exchange a dress???? You bagged it and the tags are still on. No where on the receipt does it say you need it to exchange. The lady who sold it to us didn’t say we needed it either.
