Horrible horrible customer service. Iāve used UPS for decades and never met representatives less willing to make an effort. I brought my amazon returns in a perfectly acceptable think packaging bag. They insisted beyond reproach that I must purchase a bag from them simply due to a color issue! My bag was perfectly capable of safe transport but they insisted. Finally the representative called her boss on the phone but gave an inaccurate description (she made it sound like my item was in a sandwich bag which it absolutely was not!). When I asked to speak with her supervisor on the phone she refused!! Who does that? Of all my years loyal to UPS Iāve NEVER had an experience like this! Her supervisor could not see the quality of my bag, and she not only gave an inaccurate description but refused to let me speak with her boss! Absolutely horrible waste of my time! I recommend going to ANY UPS store other just NOT THIS ONE. What a terrible misrepresentation of how fabulous UPS...

I ALWAYS look forward to going to my local UPS store in Rocklin near Bass Pro because the staff there is always super nice and helpful- until today. The lady that helped me (I've never seen her there before) wasn't rude, but wasn't the nice and helpful personality I was used to. A man came in while I was waiting with a large plastic container full of paperwork to be shredded. He put it on the scale to have it weighed. He asked if she would subtract the weight of the container-she said NO. It was $72!!!! She printed 6 sheets for me (5 of them were wrong- they were not lined up correctly and I threw them away) so I just settled on 1 page. She charged me for all 6....Really?

The printer just printed streaks, so I had to print it again after getting a lot of attitude from the guy. Had to paid extra for the copy then the guy taped my box and label and charged me $2 and I said wow $2 for the tape? I have tape in my car, then he said yea and I actually used a lot of tape so itās gonna be $4, thatās what we charge if you want to ship your package for free here. Excuse me? I paid $150 bux for that shipping, just because I have a pre paid label doesnāt mean Iām shipping it for free. Given how childish he acted with the tape I just bit my tongue and figured Iāll just talk to his manager later and or leave this...
