Panda Express — Restaurant in Rocklin

Waited in an unmoving line for almost an hour, finally made it to the counter, the guy taking orders walked away without getting all of our order and then the cashier was beyond crazy rude. She tried to refuse taking a hundred dollar bill, stating most people use cards anyway when it's obviously a personal choice how I manage my personal finances. When told that was all the money we had on us and I made a comment that she couldn't refuse american legal tender, she called over the manager I guess who told her to tell us that we would have to wait ten minutes for the safe to open. When we said that we would, she came up with the correct amount of change saying she just worked there she didn't even care. It was completely ridiculous. Today June 27 I ordered some food and waited over 10 minute for the teriyaki-chicken. Later the staff came to me and tell me I needed to wait another 15 minutes for the chicken because they have big catering party. They have three pans of chicken cooked and needed to be cut. The manger Christian refused to provide me one entree of chicken. By the time they cut it down, they could’ve cooked the missing piece of chicken for the catering party and I could’ve got my food on time but instead, they have a scumbag manager tonight. He refused to accommodate me and was extremely rude. I have always had a good experience here but after this experience I will no long be coming to Panda. I took my family here Tonite. All I can say is we were not impressed at all. Matter of fact, disappointed is a better word to use. I looked over the menu for about 23 minutes, I couldn't find any panda on the menu at all.. I asked the cashier if they had a secret menu or something and she replied that she was sorry but she did not think they had that. I then asked if the panda is seasonal, and she kind of looked at me with a blank stare.. I had my 12yr old daughter and wife in tears when they finally realized that we would not be dining on panda bear Tonite. Bottom line is I feel like I've been misled by "panda express". Neither my family or I will ever be patronizing this cuisine...
