I hired a company from San Antonio to tint my residential windows in the fall of 2024. It was an absolute disaster, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they never returned my calls. Dismayed about the damage to my home and the tremendous financial loss, I discovered Integrity Window Tinting in New Braunfels.

What an incredible experience! David and Tanja came out to my house, had a suitcase of samples, listened to my story, and assured me they would make it right. We chose the perfect window tint; they applied a couple of samples to my window so I could view them in different weather and light conditions.

Once I made the final decision, they sent their team of professionals out to remove the old and install the new. Every person I dealt with was friendly and provided excellent service. About a month after the installation, a minor defect was discovered with some of the tint. David and Tanja came right out, explained what happened, and without hesitation, ordered new tint and fixed the problem!

I am so impressed by this company that I had them tint all the windows of my car, including the sunroof and windshield. (Yes, you can legally tint the windshield, and what a difference it makes for night driving!)

My next project is to have them ceramic coat all my residential windows for easy cleaning. An up-front cost for long-term savings!

I purchased a new camper while on vacation in Texas. Since I have been using David for years for all my other campers that I have purchased for work, I only thought it was appropriate to have him tint the windows on one that I can finally use for play.
