The Vapor Vault — Local services in Rockport

While the shop may not be big, it makes up for it with kindness and selection. The vape i have is not widely used, and they had several options for coils, which i needed, and juice. They had several flavors from different manufacturers to choose from. I'm picky on my flavors, and they had several that I like and use regularly. I was originally going to rate 4 stars, but I raised it to 5 due their customer service. I had a slight issue with one of the coils I bought. Instead of debating or trying to convince me to keep the coil (coil foil was open), the gentleman apologized for the issue and replaced it. Bonus: The puppers that is normally there wasn't this time, which I was really hoping to see again. Maybe next time, I'll get to play...

They usually have what I want. It's the only place I can find the root beer float esco bar. I like the esco selection they have. Customer service is always great here too.

Update: Still on of my favorite shops. They have a huge esco selection. I like that they have reward points to earn money off of purchases. Unfortunately there was a girl working there for a while (no longer there) who wasn't asking for my number so I did not get the points for all of the times I went there when she was working. I didn't catch it until there was a guy working there that asked for my number for my points. The guys there are great and they have excellent...

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I dont understand the 1 star reviews with no explanation. This is by far the best vape shop in the Rockport area and one of the best I have ever been to. I live in Rockport but travel for work so I have been to shops all over the country. This is a smaller shop but has great customer service, friendly people, and a great selection of high quality mods and juices. They will have my business for many years to come...
