I love going to this place when I visit Rockport. We always have had a great experience. Recently we went shopping one day and found out there’s a permanent jewelry shop in the back of the store. Perfect place I thought because I have been wanting to get bracelets done for over a year. When we came in a couple days later to get bracelets done we were excited for the experience. However the lady doing bracelets seemed to me not personable. Just very straight forward talk only about the bracelets. I understand small talk might not be ur strength but if you are working that close with the public for 10mins + there should be some back n forth and chit chat. It almost felt like she was put off that we were there. No thank you…or have a nice day.. when we were done just here’s the amount and bye … we were so excited to get matching bracelets and hang out together and the vibes were very weird from the start.

When a customer is new to the experience I expect the person doing it to guide the customer on what looks good or nice.

There were other links that she had that were not on display and were not even offered. Even when we were clearly wanting something similar on two different metal types and she had it but didn’t offer it or even look …

After we paid we actually found a place down the street and they said they have had similar reactions from other customers… so this isn’t a one off but I hoped it was just her being tired and having a bad day.

The customer service for the jewelry was definitely lacking … I really hope she was just tired and had a bad day. And if so I’m sorry and hope it got better. One person’s attitude can set the mood and ruin the whole experience.

I give it a five star because I love the store but for the experience with the jewelry portion I give it a 2 Star experience…. Not really worth...

I absolutely love this store! I've been there twice now (a month apart) and had excellent experiences both times. The main thing I'd like to point out is that they have an excellent selection of sandals! I have very narrow, thin feet and it's almost impossible to find a sandal that fits me right. Not anymore! They carry a selection of quality sandals for every foot type. Since I was able to find so many pairs that fit me well, I over indulged just a bit 🤣 I bought 4 pairs! The Cobian brand fits slender feet like a glove! I've worn a pair daily for the last month and couldn't be happier! Their t-shirts are high quality, soft and unbelievably comfortable. They wash well and do not shrink. They also have really cute anklets & bracelets! Definitely...

This is a great store!! The woman who was there was very very helpful and happy and friendly. They have a great selection of many many different things. My husband and I are in Rockport on vacation and live in Austin. We were visiting all the shops in that area just looking at everything. This store was perfect. We were mainly looking for a tee shirt for our grandson and ended up getting him a shirt, my husband got himself a shirt, I got myself a shirt, and then we even got a shirt for our daughter! Wonderful shopping experience. On our 2nd trip to Rockport we stopped by here again. IT'S STILL A GREAT STORE! I also got some fudge and my husband got some ice cream. Absolutely...
