FIRST, let me say the Customer Service is ABOVE & BEYOND. One of the BEST of ANY companies I have dealt with. This local, small business DESERVES the support of everyone.
As a business owner and investor for many years, I have dealt with a great number of companies and people. Let me say that the owner of Cellular ER, Hudson, is among the finest I have dealt with. His Customer Service is off the charts great. He is attentive, responsive, friendly, and performs fantastic work. He is so much better than the "BIG" stores and National franchises.
Why was I needing his services? Well, my 2 year-old granddaughter, yes I am a PROUD #GirlGranddad, decided to to throw a iPad, screen first on a tile floor. The floor won! Completely shattered.
Prior to this incident, I have never experienced a phone, computer, tablet breakage requiring repair. My initial thought was I would need to buy a new iPad. As I was on my computer pricing them out and almost buying a new one, I thought "wonder if I can just get the screen repaired?". So, I did a Google search and found several listings. Not using this type of service before, I looked for the BIG company that had a great reputation. I found a national franchise (prefer not to use their name)....I looked at their website and it looked like a very good company. They were in Plano, which is about a 30 minute drive for me and they had 4.7 stars on google review. All looked great. BUT, then I read pages of 1 star reviews! RED FLAG for me!
So, I started looking in the area where I reside and found Cellular ER. At first I was not going to use them because they did not have an active web site.....BUT then I read the reviews. WOW! That sold me.
I went to the location and the door was locked. Hmmm? I rang a door bell and Hudson came outside. I was impressed that he was COVID conscience enough to do this. I showed him my iPad, he looked and gave me a verbal quote. He said he could have it ready in a day, unless I needed it faster. I told him I was in no rush. No paperwork....just sent me a text saying I dropped the iPad off with him. I have to admit, I was a little concerned, but hey....I know where he works...LOL. He asked me to call the next day before I come out to make sure it is ready.
I called on Thursday (the next day) and he said it wasn't quite ready. So, I said I can just come by tomorrow (Friday) after work and get it.
I called Friday at around 5 PM and Hudson said he needed about another 15 minutes or so for the adhesive to cure. I explained that being in healthcare and a business owner, my schedule is very tight. I advised Hudson that I would just pick it up Monday, no worries. He responded "no Sir, you don't have to do that, because of the circumstances, I can just bring it to you when i leave today". At 6:40 PM Hudson showed up to my residence to deliver the repaired iPad. Ran a credit card payment onsite and EVEN gave me a 10% Military Discount! WHO does all this for their customers??
Well, Cellular ER does! I was absolutely stunned to be honest. Nowadays, not only are companies not customer service conscience, but many can be down right MEAN. Especially with the major divide in our country.
Needless to say, I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend Hudson and Cellular ER to ANYONE needing repairs done on any phone, tablet, or computer. Again, his work ethic and customer service are ABOVE and BEYOND. I am 100%...

My iPad Pro was not functioning properly.
Issue: my iPad Pro was partially connecting to the Wi-Fi and severely limiting or using the network and installed apps. After a week of inquiring with friends and family, Google, YouTube etc…the problem was not resolved. As a last resort I searched the internet for a place that repairs damaged iPads. That’s when I discovered Cellular ER. I immediately rushed to the establishment after work.
Upon arriving. I was immediately met at the door with the same sincere and honest concern that emergency hospital ER staff’s give to incoming patients.
He took control of my iPad and immediately started to work on the issue. He was doing this while we were having a casual conversation. 20 minutes later. He resolved the issue and my iPad was good as new.
He handed me back my iPad and as I started to reach for my wallet to pay for the repair. He smiled back and said it’s FREE of charge.
A true professional and honest gentleman.
You might pay some monies depending on the type of repair.
One thing I can assure you. He will not overcharge you.

Read moreI had my phone repaired here a while back, I'd say a few months or so from this review, it was a Sony Xperia XZ premium, I hope he remembers me haha, especially the phone I had, as it's extremely rare I think for some people. But I just want to say his customer service was great.
He was probably one of the greatest experiences I had. Repairing my phone was easy for him, and it took him I think a few hours from what I remember as he had other customers too. But typically he'd get you fixed up within the same day. One of the things I'd mention though, is if your a 20 something, he's great to talk to! Not going to lie, he's a down to Earth person and he can talk to you about tons of things while you wait or after you come in to pick up your device. I was the first to initiate conversation because It's so cool seeing someone in my age range having a business and giving there best at something they love.
Other than that, I hope the business goes well and hasn't been affected too hard by the pandemic. Thanks for the service, and will definitely be going here again and recommending everyone to you man. Appreciate the phone you fixed for me which I'm still using to type on right now...
