Terrible customer service at the registers every time we go to the Rockwall location. Today 12/03 at around 2:30pm we had a very disrespectful and rude cashier on register 5 named Jordyn B (T-5535)We werenât greeted at the beginning of our transaction but given dirty looks instead. She refused to put our items in a bag and argued with me when I asked for them to be bagged. She proceeded to tell my husband he needed to get our items off the counter and put them in the basket because she was done with them. She continued with the dirty looks and stared me down at the end telling me âyou can look right there at the screen, thereâs your totalâ like she was so inconvenienced to tell me the total with her words. I then informed her she should find another job if she hates this one so much, as it would make us customers way happier to not have such a rude person to give our money to. I have never been treated so rudely by a cashier before. Time after time she could have changed her attitude but got more disrespectful with each second. Definitely made sure to let a customer service manager know how frustrated and baffled we were with how we were treated. This store really needs some more training and discipline because this is no way to continue to treat...
   Read moreSteve is a horrible manager, and I knew he was not going to resolve my issue from the start. I knew I should have stayed out of Hobby Lobby. I bought some items in the store on Saturday. Not all the items made it home with me. I thought I left a bag in the store. Steve said I could replace them even though he watched and all the items were placed in the bag, but proceeded to argue with me about my and store integrity. I reassured him I was not questioning the store or the cashier's integrity, but he insisted. He kept telling me I said I had a whole bunch of stuff missing, and when I questioned that, he insisted that I watch the video of my checkout. I did not want to watch a video; I tried to replace the items and leave, but again, he insisted. Once I watched, he wouldn't replace the items nor answer any more questions about the items, which is why I knew he insisted I watch the video. Steve never wanted to resolve my issue. He tried to prove me wrong and make me feel small. You won, Steve, and I will never shop at Hobby Lobby again and will certainly tell all my friends...
   Read moreThis is the absolute worst Hobby Lobby ever when it comes to customer service. Despite the fact I am an avid crafter at times you change your mind, even when you come in WITH the receipt there is always something "wrong" Example one: I was returning a chalk paint I didn't need : the woman opened the paint breaking the seal then told me she couldn't return it because the seal was broken. The seal SHE broke because I had never opened it. Example two: I came to return a fall table runner and dish towel BEFORE the holiday was even close (which should tell you it hasn't been used and it was bought as a set.) As she was doing the return she told me she could only give me my money back for the price it was, not what I was charged on the receipt for the dish towel bc it wasn't on the receipt and SHE was the one who sold it to me with that price.
