My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Baking Co. for her wedding, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Chelsea, the owner, was an absolute delight to work with. She provided a fantastic consultation, listening carefully to my daughter’s vision for the wedding and offering thoughtful suggestions. She really captured the vibe perfectly, from the small wedding cake for the bride and groom to the dessert table for all the guests.

The presentation on the wedding day exceeded our expectations. Chelsea arrived on time, set up the display elegantly, and made everything look absolutely beautiful. The dessert table was an absolute hit—it was clear a lot of thought and care had gone into the setup.

Ruby Baking Co. stands out not just for its allergen-friendly offerings, but also for how good they all tasted! As a bakery that accommodates guests with egg, milk, gluten, tree nut, and other allergies, it was amazing to see that everyone could enjoy the desserts without worry. We actually ordered more than we thought we'd need, but the desserts were so delicious that they were devoured well before the end of the night!

In addition to their beautiful and tasty creations, Ruby Baking Co. offers excellent customer service, with Chelsea maintaining excellent communication and professionalism every step of the way. I wanted to say Thank you to Ruby Baking Co. for making such delicious allergen friendly treats. My children both have SEVERE food allergies, with my daughters being severe to peanuts, tree nuts, eggs and sesame and my son to egg. As a mom who reads food labels, has a safe list of restaurants and carries Epi-pens everywhere, it was so refreshing to be able to take my kids to a Bakery where nothing is off limits. Something that may seem to many as not a big deal, is a huge deal to us. My daughter can't even touch items in stores because she can have an anaphylactic reaction. Majority of food that appeals to kids are usually made in facilities that process peanuts/nuts etc. So she's used of hearing..sorry, you can't eat that... To start off I would like to say I have tried basically everything they sell and it is all delicious! So much so I decided to have them make a cake for our baby shower which you can see in the photo I attached. For the crazy part of this review I was blessed to not have any type of food allergies and have always been under the impression alternative foods where not as desirable up until I set foot in Ruby Baking Co. I speak from a food lover perspective that EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING has been incredible to try and when you learn that it is made with Allergen Friendly alternatives and is Vegan your mind will start turning.
