Rocky River Memorial Hall — Local services in Rocky River

I recently hosted my daughter’s Iraqi Henna Night at the Memorial Room in Rocky River, OH, and it was the perfect venue for our celebration. The hall was just the right size for my 250 female guests, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Mary Sawyer, the coordinator, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She provided me with detailed information by email about the table sizes and measurements, and even helped me create a floor plan the day before, showing the exact arrangement of tables and chairs I wanted for the big night.

I reserved the hall, kitchen, and dressing room for two days (Tuesday and Wednesday), which gave me plenty of time to bring in everything I needed ahead of time and store it in the refrigerators. The day before the event, I was able to set up the tables with linens, vases, flowers, plates, and also cover the chairs and buffet tables for food and desserts. On the day of the Henna, she even provided me with the meeting room from the morning, so I could organize all the supplies and prepare the gift baskets for the guests.

It was a truly wonderful evening — the guests loved the activities and felt comfortable in the well-equipped, spacious hall. I will definitely continue booking the Memorial Room for all my future events, making reservations...

Nice public gathering center for the community to use for various functions. Once per year we pick up my son's football uniforms in a room big enough to lay out equipment for 66 boys and their parents to comfortably move around. It's a great addition for the city's residents to have access to...
