I went to Jasmine Studio with my sisters to shop for our Eid dresses, which we do every single Eid. I really loved this simple white dress which was a Maria B. Dress at the store, and I asked the woman (also the owner) what the price for the dress was, and she said ‘$275.00’. I asked her for a reasonable price and this woman went down to $250.00. I really insisted that she gives me a good price. And just out of curiosity I went on Maria B’s website and looked for that dress and saw it was only $93.00. I once again asked the woman if she is willing to bring it down a bit more and she got very RUDE and defensive when I compared prices. In front of her customers she was indirectly telling me and my sisters to get out. She said that if I want it so bad, I should just go ahead and order it off the website and take my business elsewhere. Just Incase I forgot to mention, I was willing to negotiate with her so she can make a good amount of profit for herself. But because she was so IGNORANT, she rather had us leave. Welp, that’s okay! Im glad that I didn’t get ripped off by this rude lady for a dress that wasn’t even worth that much. And If you don’t want to get ripped off then go to the store right next door ‘TABARRUJ’. Tabarruj has AMAZING dresses and prices. I got a better dress with gorgeous Jhumkis for $120.00. The lady at Tabarruj is hands down the most sweetest and wholesome...

We purchased my brothers fiancés nikkah outfit here a few weeks ago from their store Jasmine bridal and service was great as well as the outfit. The low star scores are because my sister in law went a few days ago to purchase an outfit with her sister at the Jasmine studio store. The owner and worker were disrespectful as her sister was trying on some outfits and nothing was purchased.

The worker gave a remark saying," if you were not going to make a purchase then why try on soo many outifts?"

Please be kind and respectful to people. It really upsetted them. I am leaving this review, so other customers are treated with kindness.

We were going to make more purchases here, but after this incident, we are not going to be shopping here.

The owners were quite rude to us and aggressive in their sales tactics. I was interested in purchasing an item until they became upset that we were trying on 2 dresses before buying (looking in the $500-1000 range, one would not purchase without trying it on). They then lectured us about how strict their policy is for trying things on and complained that we also shopped in their sister store, which came off as though they were watching us shop around. They also attempted to speak badly about us in Urdu amongst themselves, but we are all fluent.
