Absolutely horrible experience. There is no concept of treating customers with respect. The woman who runs the business is extremely rude and arrogant. She disrespected a lot of the customers in front of me when I made the visit. She yells at the customer when they order something on the menu which apparently is not available. How the heck are they supposed to know what’s currently available or not if they don’t ask? She is illogical and just disrespectful!

We placed an order a day before and confirmed with her that it will be ready the next day at 5pm. Next day, after driving 35 mins to her restaurant to pick up, she says “I didn’t get any order”. We show her the call history and remind her the conversation to which she says “I am out of workers”. The LIES!!! Insane! How unprofessional! By the way, this is the 4th time she has done this. Diff family members had the same experience with her. I am honestly surprised at this point on why this restaurant has not been shut yet.

I ordered the food over third party app, it was under promotion. Chicken 65. The lady over there split that one order into 2 separate orders. I have guest around 3-4 people. It was really very embarrassing for me to make them wait for food over a time. I don’t know for what reason she added a yellow rice bowl was of no use.
