I have never written a review before but my experience was so disappointing that here I am writing a whole essay I fit as much as I can here but the rest did not fit, So I put the rest in the pictures. 3/5/2021
I called and placed an order for Breaded Buffalo wings at around 9:45 p.m. as I get off work at 10 p.m . When I was placing the order the person who was on the phone was a bit busy ( Somali guy ). I was very sure to repeat my order multiple times as I had a feeling that he would get my order wrong since he was talking to other people as well. I stated that I wanted Breaded Buffalo Wings with the sauce separate and extra sauce on the side, ( Sauce separate because it takes me a while to get home and the wings usually get soggy, ordering it separately prevents it.)
When I entered the restaurant I noticed that there were 4 people at the front, 2 Arabic guys who were lazing around, One's name was Mohammed I think and he was a high schooler, he was sitting and talking to a friend even though the place was busy, The other two were the Somali fellow who take my order and a New trainee Indian guy ( I did not catch their names). The Somali guy was trying to do everything by himself as he could not depend on the trainee and the other 2 guys were lazing around. I spoke to him about my order and paid for it. He took my order out and gave it to me. I picked it up and noticed that something was not right. I asked him "Is this my order?" He said yes. I proceeded to open it up on a table and lo and behold it was not my order. He handed me a Gyros Sandwich. He proceeded to apologize and take it back. And told me to wait "5-10 minutes'', at this point I was not mad. I get it, It is a Friday night and it is a bit hectic for 1 guy to manage everything. Meanwhile there was another customer there waiting for his Gyros Sandwich for the past 20 minutes. He quickly realized that they swapped the orders and told the Somali guy and he apologized to the other customer and gave him the bag that was originally...
Read moreWe often pick up food from here when on the go but not anymore. Friday night, we called in for pick.
I parked the car leaving family inside. Food was not ready when we were told to come in 15 minutes and we arrived well over 20. Those who knows that area can feel the pain for not finding the parking on the weekends, no issue.
I went inside, introduced my self and asked for food. The gentlemen at the counter (short beard with few sliver chains around his neck) was totally ruthless and un welcoming.
He gave me a receipt of total (round number of $26), I, curiously, looking at the menu and calculated the food and to me it looked little overpriced. I asked him to please give me the break down how did you come up with this number. (its not about $26, rather its about principal to understand your bill). He looked at me as if he is going to engulf me then said (regional language which I did not understand) something to a waiter who was standing by, they both started laughing. I knew he passed some comments about me for probably being stingy or something, I did not budge as my family was sitting in the car and I was in hurry.
When he gave me the breakdown of the food, he explained me that total $26 is including tax and round figure which means that I was over charged few nickels and dimes. No big deal but since when they decided that this is practice is acceptable ?
Finally he handed me that bag of food, with grim face, no thank you no courtesy, I took the food bag and came home. When we opened the bag, all the sauces we requested were missing.
What a way to run the...

Visited the new location, and I loved how welcoming and clean it was. The staff were very attentive and I even received a text message when my pick up order was ready. Food was also packaged very well and quality of food is still good. Huge improvement in customer service as well. Changing review from 3 to 4 stars.
Original Review:
This restaurant has been a personal favorite for inexpensive, good food for over 15 years. The spicy gyros are a must have, and their gyros pizza is great as well. I haven't ventured past these two items on the menu, as I have never found the need to. However, their customer service, particularly for phone orders, leaves a bad taste in my mouth 70% of the time. I can't tell you how many times I've been asked to hold and have been forgotten about, or my order has been taken incorrectly. My favorite was the one time I asked for the total for a larger order and was told "I'll let you know when you get here". Alas, these quirks are expected from Desi establishments.
The only other complaint I would have would be the consistency of the food. There are times when I receive a spicy gyros sandwich barely any meat, sometimes there's more meat than I can fit in the pita. Lately, the tzatziki sauce has been super watery, which leads me to believe they have been running low and just water down what they have already.
Ultimately, should you go? Absolutely! This is a melting pot of Greek, Italian & Indo-Pak comfort food, and you won't find anything more unique or delicious...
