Okay I have to HYPE THIS PLACE UP!! I had the best shopping experience I have ever had today. I walked in, both girls working asked me if I was shopping for anything specific, I told them I needed a few different types of outfits for a convention I’m going to in Vegas. These girls got to work! Within a minute they both walked over with several outfits that not only were my size, but colors that were flattering for me and my body type, and I left the store after just 15 mins with 4 perfect outfits! But wait, it gets better! An hour later after they had closed, I realized I had left my phone at the store and the assistant manager came back (after she was already home) to make sure I had my phone back! she didn’t have to do that but went out of her way on a Saturday night to help me out!

Now why would you (the employee) take something that a customer (me) was outwardly talking about. I understand wanting to shop while working, a lot of stuff is cute! But to do it during working hours and in front of the customers face is rude. Maybe instead of ignoring customers and having RBFs we can work on our friendship and customer service skills :)...
