Personally, I like the store and its location, but the customer service experience can be improved. I enjoyed how organized the store is based on how they lay everything out (5/5) and the location is great for good experience to have around the community (5/5). However the customer experience needs a bit of adjustment when it comes to customer service and should be universal. The staff energy seems stand off and don't seem like they want to be engaging toward customers that may want help. I can tell they are more dedicated on completing their tasks (which I give them 5/5 for hard work) but sometimes customers need suggestions when it comes to them being uncertain about style. The regulars may know what they like but when it comes to new people in the store they need that. I give them a compelling complement on their transaction service which was very nice of them. But checking up on your customers can be a bonus. Customers are guests and should be checked on to be sure they are comfortable with what they are looking for. It would have been very easy to process the return if used order number. Rather than that the staff used the receipt number and separated the items based on the provided receipts and used receipts to process all the order individually. The line for the dressing rooms was incredibly long, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got in. However, the rooms were so small that a toddler would struggle to fit in. The room was crazy dark, which seems odd for looking at clothes…Additionally, one of the rooms was closed off with an oddly aggressive note.
