Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Rogers

Horrible experience. Went in to buy several bras. Of course, they need to be tried on. I tried on the first batch with no issue. Asked for a few different sizes to compare fit and was told they'd need to take the bras out except 4 (when I already tried on more than 4 and was buying 6!!) So i explained I really want 6 so I need there 6 to try on or there is no point. After trying on 4, leaving the room for more, I've forgotten what 1 2 and 3 look like. The blonde (RUDE) ?manager? Told all workers to watch me, and treat me differently. I had literally my wallet (full of plastic) and my phone. No purse. No bags. I was clearly wearing a bra (as a DDD woman I was clearly wearing one when I entered) so there was ZERO chance of me stealing.... they just wanted to be rude. Its okay though, I left with NOTHING and went to Fayetteville where I was allowed to try on all 10 bras at once and BUY 6! never treat paying customers like a theif. Even though Rogers is closer, I Will ALWAYS go to Fayetteville Victoria's Secret now. But who cares,you dont need to actually sell anything right 🤣🤣🤣 especially with all that leftover extra inventory everywhere. Fayetteville was almost sold out.... guess...

I spend so much money at this location for my wife including all the new perfume releases, clothing, and anything else she wants. She goes yesterday to buy more stuff and sees a little dog toy displayed on the Victoria secret side and my 4 year old loved it. It’s free when you spend $60 or more so she does that and my son starts walking around with it. One of the employees notices my son playing with it and gets mad and tells my wife that she needs to spend $60 on the pink side not on the Victoria secret side to get it and started arguing with my wife about it. How are you going to display something on the Victoria secret side and it be a promotion for the pink side and not state that.

It’s the simple fact instead of explaining the promotion you start arguing with them and make my 4 year old cry and get upset because his mother thought she bought the right stuff so he could have it.

We will never come back to this location after that rude, childish, incompetent employee made my child cry over a free promotional...

Extremely stuck up and unwilling to help me. I came into the store dressed in sweats because of a recent operation and wanted to pick out some perfume for my wife. Several sales ladies looked at me and walked right by to offer help to someone who just walked in. This happened twice as I was looking for a particular perfume fragrance. My wife was in in another isle straight ahead of me and and she was ignored as well. The store was very slow and a lot of sales clerks were standing around laughing and carrying on. Very disappointed. We may have looked a bit poor, but we are not. I would never treat anyone that way.

Just think of people that don't have much and want to do something special for their partner....don't they count? Apparently not at...
