The store manager Jane was very unhelpful when I came in to return a pair of shoes that were a gift from my boyfriend. She was acting so unknowledgeable about how to find the transaction until I called corporate standing inside the store. Once she was aware that I wasn't going away, she miraculously 😂 finds the correct system to help process my transaction. So by the time corporate is placing me on hold to call the store, she already now has the receipt in hand ready to assist 🤔

I would NOT recommend doing business with this store. I suggest they hire a new manager because this one is very rude, unprofessional and transparent in her discriminatory behavior. Customer service at this location is horrible. I was approached by a young man who followed me to the back of the store asked me if he could help me. I told him I was looking for some shoes I had seen on my phone and he proceeded to stand there as if I was going to walk out with something. I told him when I found it I would let him know, and he finally walked away . The man upfront who I assume was a manager, everything I asked him he just pointed in that direction never moving from behind the counter and you wonder why there’s never anyone in their store. The manager is RUDE! I went in to ask a simple question about a return I did in store. She tried to rush us out the store by saying the orders dont always come in together. Which I already know that but that wasnt why i was there. She didnt even bother asking what i needed. Well I was up there because I placed a order online I went into the store to change the size.
