My son bought his girlfriend AirPod pros for her birthday, in January. She complained to him that they were not working correctly so he compared them to his own pair and noticed they looked differently. They went to Target to exchange them but they were told they could not exchange them because of their electronics return policy and Target referred him to Apple. Apple told him they could not exchange the AirPods because they were counterfeit. The real AirPods that were in the box they had were sold in October. So, in essence, someone bought AirPods, put in fakes and got a refund and put the box with the fakes on the shelf to be sold again. My son was furious and the staff at this store told them they could not help him because of his temper. If anyone spends $300 on an item only to find out they are counterfeit, they would be mad, too. We still have the fake pods and paper from Apple saying they're fake. Please watch out for this store. It sounds like the employees are doing inside theft and getting away with it at the customer's expense and management does not care. Supposedly, corporate was supposed to call but that...
Read moreI had such a pleasant experience at this Target that I felt compelled to tell the world about it. Miss Tammy the cashier just made my night. As soon as I entered her lane, she asked me if I had the Target app, had me download it while she rung up my merch, and we had the most pleasant conversation like we've known each other for years and when it was time for me to pay, she walked me thru all the options and discounts on the Target app and saved me over $40 on my purchases! She was so friendly, patient, personable, and POSITIVE which is so rare to find behind the register these days! I hope the manager of this store sees this review and realizes what a super special star employee Miss Tammy T. is, because I am a very frequent Target shopper, and I have never had such a positive shopping experience at Target like this one! I will be looking for her smiling face at the...
Read moreTV sale, said in stock. The TV was there but the price showed a lower price then at checkout. $50 more! They made us wait while the manager was bossing other checkout lanes. Then finally told us that an employee didn't put right price back up on shelves. We should have been offered cheaper price since we were inconvenienced, and had to wait long for them to explain what the problem was. No customer service concerns anymore. Target is a big company and I believe that they should be able to hire enough employees to do simple stocking of shelves . I know a few 19 and 20yr olds who have applied with no response back who are capable adults, applied online no response ln the last month. Asked inside store they say apply online. Miss the old days when you got to talk to a manager right away when you fill out...
