The furniture options are nice, store is clean, and snacks are good. However, each staff member state's a different return policy, they ask your name and info up front and offer financing - which isn't financing. It's a lease for the furniture which a purchase of $2595 is actually 6846 after payments are complete. That's insane! And defines wasnt disclosed that its a lease, not financing. No disclosures given, and not one person could answer my questions about the numbers not adding up. Taxes charged at 8.75% were way wrong, not to memtion why is there even tax is if furniture is leased??!! The amount of each piece of furniture on my invoice is significantly higher than the stores online price on the same day. I was charged 2856 for an order that should've been 2956. On the same day in store is one price but online it's a sale price. I feel like that's very sketchy, and no staff really knows what to do. So pretty much if you know your stuff, and ask questions like I do, then I definitely recommend a different furniture store. I was told by an associate that a certain couch didn't come in any other color, that a different couch didn't comes with legs, and so on. Which the same day I went to the Delta Shores location and was told something different! I saw the couch I asked about in a different color on display at the second store! And miraculously the other couch had legs on it. I mean, seriously, staff should be trained on tax rates, sales, and even small details like color / accessories available etc. They just don't. NOT to mention their financing is thru Acima which is currently being sued by the Consumer Finacial Protection Bureau for all kinds of illegal practices with their contracts. So I would recommend a different furniture store simply because furniture is a big purchase, and if you're not being told the truth, or the associates are unaware, then you could really end up in a negative situation. Especially if returning. EVERY ASSOCIATE I ASKED ABOUT THE STORES RETURN POLICY TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. And none of those responses even matched the website. So again, aside from the store looks nice - doesn't help when staff isn't knowledgeable. Also - Prices are definitely not discount prices. They're pretty much equal or even higher in some cases compared to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me start off by saying that 1 hour before I stopped at Bob's, I was at Macy's across the street, in the mall. I was attempting to buy a mattress set and was told that they didn't have anyone that could help me that day and to go to the Macy's Furniture store across the street. I know that staff is low everywhere now but I felt pretty frustrated that this person that looked the mattress up, etc. couldn't just place the order as well. In either case, I reluctantly drove across the street and bought the mattress set. As I was leaving that store, I noticed that Bob's Furniture was now open and decided to "stop real quick". I went inside and was greeted by Mike and Kelly. I gave the generic, "I'm just looking" response and started to look around. As I was looking around, they noticed I was struggling with a feature of a bedroom set. Kelly swooped in and showed me how it worked and had me from there. She was so sweet and relatable. Mike came and started to laugh with us...and from there, I felt like I was the only person in the store as they really took their time to show me around and talk about what I was looking for. On our tour, they offered me snacks and water, patiently showed me many mattress sets and then dining rooms sets but because there was so much to see, I ended up getting a lot more. In the end, I finished my day there and cancelled my mattress purchase at Macy's. Customer service goes A LONG way. There were many people there and I noticed that every person and family was treated just as great as I was. I really am grateful for Kelly though. She worked very hard to assist me but she honestly felt like my friend at the end. Mike was awesome as well...he was definitely the go-to for many people and was also trying to help customers too. It was an amazing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went down there to buy a new living room set, and William greeted me at the door. Nicest guy in the world! He put up with me for 2 1/2 hours while I picked up my living room. He is so patient and so nice! Also, he educated me on everything about how the ordering processes work, and how I didnāt have to actually get what the display was. And he had really good taste actually to help me pick out my living room furniture colors based on pictures I showed him of my living room. This guy is a huge huge asset to this company! Then.. I was there so long, I thought I was having low blood sugar and would have to go get something to eat come back, and he Showed me their little snack section in the back so I could go get a cookie and some water or a coffee or whatever. I spent probably 2 1/2 to 3 hours there on my Sunday and it was one of the best days Iāve had in a long time. Pressure to buy anything, just educating me on how their ordering process works and if you like a couch, you can change it up! I had No idea! And then I bought my couches and I changed my mind on the color after I came home and I called down there and he completely did it all over the phone. If you go to Bobās furniture in Roseville, California, ask for William!! Heās a good human being, and you will leave there knowing that you made the right choice. Oh, and if youāre like me and you change your mind About the color of the couches you picked after you leave..šš¤£šš„“ he will fix it, no pressure for sales at all! Heās just a good kind human being. That company is so lucky that he works there. Iām very intuitive and I can tell when someone is a shyster and trying to take advantage of me and he is just...
