Everyday for the past 10 months and 2 weeks, I have joyfully put on and gleefully worn my Rolex GMT Master II 50-Year Anniversary Grey-&-Black With Green 24-Hour Hand And Oyster Bracelet ("Bruce Wayne, I presume?").

I waited 8-days-shy of 3 years for "The Call" from Sam that my dream watch had come in and was available for purchase and pick-up at DeVon's Jewelers in Roseville at The Galleria (an Official Rolex Jeweler).

My Bride and I were initially greeted by Sam who showed us a full line-up of "For Exhibit Only" Rolex Stainless Steel Sports Watches.

Sam entered me into his Rolex Wait-List, specifically, for the iconic, yet elusive, Red-&-Blue Pepsi GMT Master II with Oyster OR Jubilee Bracelet.

Each month for the next 3 years, my Bride and/or I visited Devon's in-person or reached out to Sam via telephone or text to "Check In" and reiterate the details of my Dream Watch, The Red-&-Blue Pepsi GMT Master II with Oyster OR Jubilee Bracelet.

During our in-person Check-In visits to Devon's, when Sam was unavailable, we had opportunities to meet The Store Manager Matt or The Assistant Manager Dave --- both Matt and Dave have well-over 20 years of employment with Devon's and provided us with detailed updates regarding the supply-and-demand of Rolex Stainless Steel Sports Watches.

We soon also met Randy, who has well-over 30 years of employment with Devon's --- Randy provided historical information regarding the supply-and-demand of Rolex Stainless Steel Sports Watches.

We also met Tony, Austin, and Steven during our almost monthly in-person Check-In visits to Devon's --- each time we were greeted as if we were their favorite customer of the day and demonstrated a true interest in my goal of securing The Red-&-Blue Pepsi GMT Master II with Oyster OR Jubilee Bracelet.

During each in-person visit, Team DeVon's made us feel as if we belonged in their Galleria Jewelry Store --- Team DeVon's made us feel welcomed, made us feel informed, and, despite not yet having my Dream Watch available, Team Devon's made me excited to wait and return the following month in hopes that the supply-and-demand of Rolex Stainless Steel Sports Watches would tilt in my favor.

Immediately following Watches & Wonders in April 2024, Sam and my Bride discussed the supply-and-demand and future availability of the just-introduced and just-released Rolex GMT Master II 50-Year Anniversary Grey-&-Black With Green 24-Hour Hand (The Bruce Wayne).

Sam then introduced me to The Bruce Wayne --- I was promptly captivated by the Green 24-Hour Hand and elegance of the Grey-&-Black Bezel.

Within 8 months, I received "The Call" from Sam --- my Bruce Wayne With Oyster Bracelet (and with an exchangeable Jubilee Bracelet!) was available for pick-up!

I thank Sam, Matt, Dave, Randy, Tony, Austin, Steven, and Team Devon's for assisting me in managing my patience to wait nearly 3 years and for providing me with the opportunity to joyfully put on my Rolex each morning.

When people ask me, "Where Did You Get Your Rolex?", I swiftly tell them, "From Sam at Devon's in The Roseville Galleria!"

My experience with DeVon’s jewelers has always been excellent. I recently was in the market to purchase an engagement ring for my to-be fiancé. Just as any buyer would do when making such a large and important purchase, I began doing research. I had no previous experience in purchasing jewelry and quickly felt overwhelmed by the amount variations of diamond cuts, karat size, style, etc… I found myself helplessly wondering to numerous discount jewelers and various national jewelry stores. I finally visited DeVon’s Jeweler’s in the Roseville Galleria and was quickly put at ease by the customer service. One of their salesperson’s, Dave Hansen, greeted me and asked how he could help. I gave him some background information and shared my feelings of being overwhelmed. He didn’t even try to sell me anything, he just listened to my story and my struggles. Dave’s unpretentious attitude and eagerness to please quickly put me at ease. He gave me a crash-course on diamonds and the different levels of clarity, karats, and cuts. Dave didn’t try to upsell me on the most expensive ring, he was really focused on finding the right fit for my needs. Dave asked about some of my fiance’s style preferences and then made some really good recommendations. In the end I purchased a 1-karat, princess cut, engagement ring. My fiancé was thrilled with the selection, and best of all, she said “yes!”

My experience with DeVon’s when purchasing the engagement ring was excellent. I had such a great buying experience, my wife and I went back to purchase our wedding bands. And again, Dave helped us pick out a great fit (price and style) that met our needs.

Overall, I would recommend DeVon’s to anyone in the market for jewelry. Their staff is friendly, unpretentious, and patient when dealing with their customers. Even when we have other business in the Roseville Galleria, we stop by DeVon’s just to say hello to Dave and staff. DeVon’s is the best jewelry store on planet...

Here’s the story. My kind, thoughtful late husband had always dreamed of owning a square, ruby gold ring, but never found the item. I wanted to do something special on the one-year anniversary of his passing, and came up with an idea in November 2023.

Since my husband was from a very large family with many different tastes in jewelry, I decided that I wanted to give his daughters and siblings a special, meaningful keepsake. On Black Friday I headed to Westfield Galleria Mall in search of a square ruby pendant set in gold. After hours of walking around and speaking with different individuals, I stepped into DeVons Jewelers and had the pleasure of meeting Austin for the first time. Austin was not only professional and polite; he intently listened to my story and insured me that he would be able to create unique pendants that I could give to immediate family. He patiently showed me different stone cuts, shapes, and settings so that I could create exactly what I had envisioned. Once my decision was made, Austin called with updates, invited me to look at the selected stones, and filled my order before Christmas. Ultimately, I hand delivered and/or mailed these special pendants to several individuals, keeping the memory of my husband, father, and brother alive. I would highly recommend Austin at DeVons Jewelers if you are looking for someone that truly cares, pays attention to detail, and can assist with creating a unique piece of jewelry that is treasured by all that wear it.
