Personally, as much as I wanted to like this Jewelry store I would not recommend. Preface I’ve worked in fine Jewelry and am a collector myself, and I’ve never had anything happen like this with any piece or any place. I came into the store looking for an everyday durable tennis Bracelet, when it was sold to me the rep explained how it would be very durable and perfect for every day. Bought the tennis bracelet within not even a week of having it, It broke for the first time at one of the hinges. It did not tug on anything it happened while I was walking. Took it in no problem they fixed it. Wore it for two weeks on and off broke again, this time I was busy so it took me longer to bring it in. They fixed it after that it broke a few more times at a different hinge each time. They told me over text that I should switch to white gold since it’s “stronger”, even though the bracelet in question was 10k yellow gold and they wanted me to switch to 10k white gold, in theory they should be about just as strong and should make no real difference. They also would say other things that were not accurate. They later offered an exchange but the bracelet that they brought in was not comparable. Then told me that I should exchange it because the tennis bracelets they brought in were way more Durable because of the shape of the hinges, even though they sold me my bracelet saying that it was very durable. Since this was becoming a big Inconvenience for me and it wasn’t a small purchase I asked for a refund They denied. Then I asked if they can attach some Chain On the entirety of the bracelet so it wouldn’t break randomly, I talked to them in store and was very clear what I wanted and even prefaced to the jeweler that I did not want a safety chain because the Hinges were the problem. When I went to pick it up they did the opposite of what I asked for and added a safety chain around the clasp which would do absolutely nothing if one of the hinges broke which is what happened every time. So now I have a very expensive bracelet that I don’t want to wear because it constantly breaks. I have bracelets similar to this from different stores and I have never had a problem with them so It’s not just a tennis bracelet problem. After looking at yelp and other sites for their store reviews a lot of people have similar...
Read moreI was shopping for an engagement ring for a few weeks and decided on Valliani because of many reasons. The first factor that earned their business for me was the professionalism of Mr Omar & Mr Alfonso, I’m not sure of their last names but they were very helpful and professional. I came in with my girlfriend and Omar was showing me us some rings to get an idea of what she wanted, even though we knew what we wanted for her, we just wanted to narrow it down. He showed us a few options and discreetly showed me the prices for them while hiding the price from my girlfriend. I really liked that he did that. Other jewelers just blurted the price out loud for the whole store to hear and were very aggressive with pressuring me to buy the ring, when all I wanted to do was look around and get price quotes. One guy blurted the price out and I asked how much would it be to add a wedding band and the guy from that jeweler, a nearby one, said “oh just a drop in the bucket, don’t even worry about it”… according to him $1500 is considered a drop in the bucket…
Anyways.
I highly recommend Valliani over other jewelers because of their professionalism, their competitive prices, great warranties and financing options, and a big selection. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with the overall service. They even offered to clean my gold chain for free while I waited for them to run my credit to approve me for the card. It took me a few weeks to finally close the deal, but neither Omar or Alfonso were rushing me, they took their time making sure I was satisfied. A few people in total helped me out, i don’t remember the other guys name but he helped me over the phone as well, I called about comparing moissanite and lab grown diamond.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this jeweler for all of your...
Read moreBesides Sama and Alonzo everyone there are scammers. They up-price their jewelry where you can find 3x cheaper other places. My boyfriend exchanged in his ring, and got me a pair of Diamond earrings that are I quality which is a low quality Diamond for $1,300, and himself a curb chain 14k solid 22 inch weighs 14 grams for $2,400. When other stores we went to sold VVS Diamond earrings for Just $500. And his chain for around $11-1200. Their reasoning was because “each store sells their jewelry at what the market price point is” their diamonds don’t shine how I’ve seen others shine for how expensive they’re selling them. Complete scam. They will tell you there’s no interest but they don’t tell you that if you’re late on a payment there will be interest added. So it seems like there would be no interest period. No refunds or returns so what you get is what you get and you do not get your money back. You’re stuck with the payment and whatever you choose to get. And they say they don’t do exchanges which they did for us a few times. Their jewelry doesn’t shine how it should. The girl Sama is super sweet and friendly, Alonzo was nice and took his time with us. No problem with them, The Manager KEVIN was rude as hell. He has Major attitude. Me, my boyfriend, and his grandma tried to talk to the manager, and he was absolutely rude and short tempered. When we just tried to understand why the diamonds were retailed everywhere else for super cheap and the gold, and why he didn’t tell us about the interest and why we were unhappy with their policy very politely, he got very snappy. Almost like he couldn’t handle some customers unhappy with their product but keeping composure to talk about it, he needs to be looked into for how he talks to his customers...
