Good afternoon everyone! I'd like to give a brief review of this cafƩ.
A few words about myself: Iāve worked in the restaurant industry for over 9 years, primarily specializing in coffee and staff training.
What can I say about this cafĆ©? When a cafĆ© specializes in coffee, everything becomes clear from the first cup of cappuccino. I can say that the milk is frothed extremely well! Itās immediately evident that the owners place a strong emphasis on product quality. I was also impressed by the proper size and proportions.
The interior is very pleasant and designed in a European style. The barās ergonomics are excellent as well. A special shoutout for the height of the counter and the dessert display case, which creates the impression of a showroom!
Considering all these factors, I rate this establishment 5 out of 5! Iām more than convinced that the owners of this cafĆ© are from Europe, and I want to thank them for bringing such an excellent cafĆ© to Rosevilleāa place that reminds me of home.

There were 2 women ordering and deciding what they wanted, so I stood in line behind them, patiently waiting and checking out the menu. There were 3 women working behind the counter, they all just gave me deadpan stares as I walked up, but didnāt say anything. They looked to be a bit busy serving pastries, so I didnāt think anything of it at first. 5mins later, a man walked in, and he was warmly greeted at the door by one of the women, and again by another when he stood in line behind me. Noting the difference in customer service, I turned to the gentleman behind me and let him know he can go ahead, and I left. I wonāt assume why they were unwelcoming and cold towards me, but the reason doesnāt matter. I donāt spend money where itās apparent I receive lower quality of service than the next person. It was refrigerator cold and very honestly tasted like a cake with artificial trans fat frosting you would buy at some crappy grocery store bakery. Looked a lot nicer than it tasted. The rose vanilla latte was not good. Tasted very synthetic. I thought maybe they would use some actual rose water in it--but no. The espresso they use didn't help. I'm a native San Franciscan, and we take things like coffee and sourdough very seriously. This coffee isn't worth ever coming back for and is on par with Starbucks (which was good before they sold out 30 years ago). Needs a lot of cream and sugar to mask the poor quality. Service was excellent.
