SHORT REVIEW: I'm a guy, I like to dress nice (fast fashion & thrifted luxury brands mostly). I've been in twice. Felt ignored once, but it was busy at the time. Everyone who helped me was very kind, sweet, and helpful. I'm a very kind person who treats employees with respect, using "please" and "thank you" a lot. Never a negative experience here.
FULL REVIEW:
Regardless of the negative reviews, I've been in here twice and have had positive experiences both times. I'm a 20-something guy who dresses fairly nice (smart casual, minimalist, fast fashion brands, nothing really expensive). When buying fashion, I put my money more into accessories than clothing, since accessories can be timeless and hold their value better than clothes.
The first time, I'll admit I felt a bit ignored after browsing around for 10-15 minutes, but it was fairly busy in there. A kind younger gentleman assisted me and allowed me to get a closer look at a Keepall 50 in Damier Graphite (my dream LV bag), in which he had to put a considerable amount of effort to retrieve from a display. I didn't end up purchasing it, but I never felt pressured or looked down upon for my decision. I spoke very kindly to the SA who helped me, thanking him for everything.
The second time, I came in to get my monogrammed 6-Key Wallet repaired, because the trim was peeling off. I entered within 30 minutes of them opening, so it wasn't too busy, and the three female employees there were all in high spirits, smiles and all. The woman who helped me was so sweet and kind, and was able to take my wallet in to be sent in for repairs. My wallet was less than a year old (purchased at the flagship store in SF), so it was free of charge. She explained to me that it would take 4 to 6 weeks, and that I would need to pick it up within 90 days or they would dispose of it- which is unfortunate, but understandable considering the limited amount of storage space they have to work with. As of writing this review, the wallet is probably being shipped back to the factory to be repaired.
I left both times feeling positively about the brand. Both times I expressed kindness and respect towards the people helping me. I respected the merchandise within the business as well, always asking for permission to...

Hello, I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton bag for nearly $2,200. The sales associate was very kind and pleasant, but I was quite disappointed with the overall experience at this store.
In places like Italy, France, and the UK, I’ve made similar luxury purchases, and there was always a sense of excitement and satisfaction. They always had fresh, untouched items in stock—not just display pieces. Here, I refused to take the one they had on display, and they told me they would call me within 3–4 days once a new one arrived. I paid, but I never received the item.
To be honest, it really ruins the joy of the purchase when the whole experience feels transactional and impersonal. The emotional value of the item is lost. That’s why I’m giving this store a one-star rating. I’m deeply dissatisfied.
If you’re someone who values the full experience of luxury shopping and appreciates the feeling that comes with buying something brand new and untouched, I recommend going to other cities. Definitely not Sacramento and definitely not this location. It feels more like a village than a luxury shopping destination.
I don’t understand why management doesn’t consider the fact that some customers truly value pristine, untouched items. People have different psychological needs and expectations, and luxury retail should respect that. I am expecting a brand new, untouched item to be provided to me immediately. I want to receive it by this Sunday at the latest. It must be absolutely new, never displayed, and...
Read moreI always visit the Louis Vuitton in San Fransisco and they always serve me very well, very friendly, but yesterday I had to buy a bag for my girlfriend, because she forgot hers, at home and we had to attend a meeting and we was already late, we decided to visit LV located in the Roseville gallery and there were 5 minutes left to close the store and we were lined up , an older lady came out and told us that it was closed and that they could not attend us, so I answered, I just want to buy a bag I know which one it is, it be super fast, and the old lady answered, I don't care ,the store is closed now, and she told us i'm not going to tend you , you can buy the bag online, or come another day and she just turned around and told the security guy To closed the front door and the security man clearly shows that he does not know what the respect is!!! he turned around and told us, she gave the order to closed thedoor, go away! ....
with all the respect let me remind both of you, the old lady and the security guy , you guys are nobody , you guys are just simple workers, and you guys with that attitude and lack of respect for the consumer, no matter what you do , both of you never gonna have what that LV brand represents, Louis vuitton represents pure class , elegance and distinction, and of course being a respectful person!!!! and clearly these two people don't even know what it's that means !!!
Too bad for the planet that people like this still...
