My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary. This was our first time here and it was a great experience! Kristy and Katie (sorry if I mispelled names) were great hosts. They even surprised us with a cute souvenir and note placed in the escape room. Really personalized and thoughtful. We only did one room while we were there, Special Ops: Mysterious Market, so my review is based on that alone.
First, they had TVs on the walls that played videos related to the story. The video production was pretty good, and it seemed like they actually put some thought into the story. Depending on where you are, there may be separate TV that shows the clues, once requested. Otherwise the clues will show up on the same TV as the videos. Clues are requested by pressing a red button, clearly marked, on one of the walls. This was different from other escape rooms weāve done where we had to verbally ask for help whenever we wanted a clue, so that was a nice touch. Similar to other escape rooms, thereās no limit to the number of clues you can request. The decor and actual room production was really well done. As for the puzzles themselves, they were clever but not intuitive, which I liked as that made them more challenging. My wife and I definitely had to ask for multiple clues, not going to lie, but the Mysterious Market was doable with just the two of us. Itād be a good one for a family with kids. There are a few moments where there are some loud noises due to things falling, so a heads up for little ones, or adults, that may get easily startled. Other than that, there isnāt anything scary or crazy. Overall, we had a great time! We definitely plan on returning with our kids, who are already looking forward to it, to do the...

Two additional stars added after they contacted us. Krysti, the general manager, reached out to us via email after reading the review below and offered to refund our original visit and give us another one, this time in private. It seems they take their commitment to providing an enjoyable experience seriously. This was a very kind offer that I genuinely appreciated. I'll look forward to going back and giving it another go around, and hopefully adding a fifth star. Thank you, Krysti!
Original review below:
Do not go if they insist on pairing you up with another random group.
My girlfriend booked this as a surprise. It sounded really fun. But because there were only 3 of us, they paired us up with another family. This familyās kids completely hogged the entire game, would never let me see or touch any the of the props, or examine anything. At no point did their parents say something like āHey guys, maybe you should let this other family participate a little bit.ā And their mom kept hitting the hint button every five seconds.
At no point did I ever get an opportunity to actually examine anything, actually look for clues in the room, or actually solve any puzzles. Eventually I just gave up and stood around until it was over. I know the Escape Room isnāt responsible for how this other family behaves, but it completely and utterly ruined the experience. It ended up being major waste of time and money. If you donāt have the room to yourself, do yourself a favor and donāt bother.
Two stars because the game looked like it would have been fun had we actually gotten the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSimply awesome! Weāve done several (15+) escape rooms in the past and loved this company so much that weāve come back multiple times (played The Heist, Timeliner, and The Depths) and enjoyed all 3! Each room weāve played so far has its own unique flavor of not only theme, but also a different mix of physical puzzles and use of electronics/technology in a creative way, which makes it all the more worthwhile to keep coming back for something new each time! Clean premises and incredibly friendly/kind staff. Love that they allow participants to take videos/photos during the game - weāve enjoyed capturing hilarious and fun memories this way. The cherry on top for us is that, unlike other escape rooms, this company is extremely family friendly and allows for people of ALL ages (including young children) to participate, so we donāt need to leave the little ones behind. Weāve brought our 2 year old, 2 month old (worn in a baby carrier for the duration of the game), and our parents in their 60s. All of us had a blast and the themes are not gory/creepy, but instead are engaging/not at all boring, which is a huge plus! My husband and I even enjoyed playing one of the rooms with just the 2 of us for a date night, so no need to necessarily bring a large party to have fun. Book now- you...
