I recently visited Bubble Waffle Ice Cream Shop and was blown away by the unique and delicious experience it offered. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff eager to help. The menu featured a delightful array of creative bubble waffle combinations, each one more enticing than the last. I opted for the classic bubble waffle with vanilla ice cream, topped with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. The bubble waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, complementing the creamy and rich ice cream beautifully. Every bite was a perfect balance of textures and flavors, making it a memorable treat.
Beyond the outstanding food, the shop itself was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The decor was charming, with a modern yet cozy vibe that made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. The staff's enthusiasm and passion for their craft were evident in every aspect of the service, from their helpful recommendations to their meticulous preparation of each order. Bubble Waffle Ice Cream Shop has quickly become my go-to place for indulgent desserts, and I can't wait to return and try more of their delectable creations. Five stars...
Read moreAs a well-known local guide on Google, this place was absolutely amazing and refreshing! We tried a variety of their waffle ice creams, and they taste amazing. I also tried their new Elote ( or corn in cup) it was a great combination of spicy and crunchy and tasty flavors, and I loved it. Very friendly service, delicious waffles, and delicious ice creams combined with fruits and different topping options made this place special for me. One of the key things I always evaluate is the quality compared to price, and this place nailed it! Prices are amazing and quality is great too. I highly recommend this place, and I think it's a must try when you come to Galleria Mall in Roseville. I think the pictures speak themselves....

Luckily I managed to escape quickly, firing off 35 flares so the helicopter...
