Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

As someone that frequents Starbucks regularly, specifically this location, I feel compelled to write this review due to a recent expierence today. This is not my first time receiving subpar service by this individual but today was off the charts. I ordered a fruit and cheese box and the one she handed me looked like someone bit into the apples and spit them back into the box, the cheese was smushed into the sides of the container where it seals shut. It was nasty looking for what it costs so I asked for a new one. She rolled her eyes and said let me check. Mind you, there was no one behind me so it wasn't as though I was holding up the line. Then she brought another one out, it was decent but not great so I said I would take it. She smuggly said, "do you want a refund?" in the rudest tone possible. I was on my lunch break with minimal time so I settled. When she handed me my drink that I almost forgot due to how frustrating she was to deal with, she giggled and gave me a rude look. I told her that she wasn't a nice person and drove off. I believe she was a shift supervisor -- Russ that usually is there in the evening is the only positive thing going for this location and I am not sure if he is even there anymore. It seems that the staff at this location changed altogether, they don't seem happy anymore. I have exclusively gone to this location for my work functions, spending $100s of dollars on the coffee travelers multiple times. I will take my business elsewhere, Starbucks is way too expensive to deal with crappy service and should invest in better quality employees. If you cannot provide good customer service you do not belong in the service industry. Maybe I will save myself some money and stop...

On 12/19/2023 Between 11:40am and 12pm at store #2908 I placed an order within the store for gingerbread latte with coconut milk and a bagel with everything. The bagel was good. But the latte did not taste like a gingerbread latte. I looked at the sticker on the side of the cup which said gingerbread oatmilk chai with coconut milk. I asked the person who made the drink if this had oatmilk in it, I also mentioned to her that I ordered a latte instead of a chai. Her response was looking at me like I am crazy and told me that chai is a latte. I also spoke with the supervisor who said my drink was a latte. So I went back to my seat and looked up the ingredients on the Starbucks app.

Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai: Milk Foam Oatmilk steamed hot 4 pumps of gingerbread syrup 4 pumps of chai Pumpkin spice topping Water

So I ordered the Gingerbread latte on my app at the same store. This time it was made correctly and said gingerbread latte on the side of the cup. I could taste the difference.

I spoke with the store manager Dennis who did an awesome job at making things right. He was very nice and apologetic and refunded me for the gingerbread chai.

After being refunded I went back to my seat to enjoy my latte. I saw the floor supervisor walking out the doors as she was giving me a dirty look.

What surprised me about the floor supervisor and the barista who made my first drink was that they lied to me and treated me like I was an idiot. I'm just glad I was not a secret shopper.

We stopped going to this Starbucks location because they always made my drinks wrong. Today we decided to go to see if the same person was there I don't know her name, but she was she has a blonde hair. I ordered a treinta peach green tea with extra peach juice and 3 scoops of dragon fruit pieces wich everything was charged and they made it wrong. They put it the wrong tea. I returned it and she changed to a different cup and it was the same tasted ,I got out of my car and I went back. What she did was pour a little bit of liquid into the hand zing and only added peach juice. I don’t wanted to get mad because is the same person that we had a issues ,it's always the same. She never has good service , not good friendly. I was there around 7:30.
