If you could give a zero rating I would. Went through the drive-thru yesterday afternoon. Visit started out okay as the young lady taking my order was pleasant. When I pulled up and received my order it appeared that it may have been wrong. That's when the visit went downhill. God forbid you should check your order and question what you should have received. I told the young lady what was in my bag and in the $5 box and apparently whoever packaged my order packaged things wrong and what was in the box was incorrect. Therefore, I started asking what items should be in the box and I was screamed at and told my order was not incorrect. I continued to ask what items should have been in the $5 box as they admitted things were packaged wrong so I wanted to make sure all of my items were given to me. They were trying to rush me out of there refusing to let me know when I should have insisting that everything was correct. Again I said I don't think it is and I admit that I did call the person that claims he was the manager who also was the person that packaged my food wrong a name. This was quite sometime after three people were very defensive and rude regarding me asking about my order. He in turn said I don't know who you are cussing at b. I pulled in the parking lot and called to speak to a manager and this young man said he was the manager I asked if he was the same person that called me a b and I would like to know who his manager is. He proceeded to scream at me bloody murder telling me that I will not be able to talk to anybody he is not going to let me talk to anybody, that I needed to learn how to count( referring to me asking how many items I was supposed to have in my $5 box earlier)and if I don't like it never come back there. I could go on and on about the situation but bottom line is I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life. The three people that were at that window we're way out of line, ridiculing me and not explaining my order and stating that I was rude when I was simply trying to make sure my order was correct. The young man that stated he was the manager was so disrespectful that he needs to be fired from that position and not allowed in the Foodservice industry. I understand that after a while I did get a little frustrated myself but there is no reason to talk to customers the way that he did it was appalling. I did file a complaint with 1 800 Taco Bell but I do not expect any phone call back as it appeared that nobody really cared. I called the store today looking for a manager and the young lady that answered said she was the manager and she to had no interest in hearing what happened, refused to give me a phone number of somebody above her that I could call or tell me who the person on staff was yesterday. Sounds to me like they all cover up for each others poor attitude and it is accepted behavior at this location. By the way the food was skimpy...
Read moreServers attitude was poor. We were told that we were not allowed to discuss with each other our orders effectively being told that only one person could talk per car. Food variety was poor and we were told that in some normal things that Taco Bell carries were not carried here. Interrupted by a man over the loudspeaker when we tried to continue our order, not to mention we didn't get the fire sauce that we had asked for. Napkins weren't even high-quality, they seemed more like a single paper towel that would have been cut into pieces; not to mention we were only provided with one of said cut paper towels for a two-person car. Overall I'd say if you're looking for good Taco Bell don't go here, it'd be best to make the drive to a further away Taco Bell instead of going to this one thanks to their horrible attitude towards customers and poor food quality.
Edit: We just looked at the bag that they provided us our food in and it's not even a brand name bag. Seems to me like they're cheaping out and refusing to buy brand name Taco Bell materials despite the fact that they are a Taco Bell location to be honest that seems more like the quality of a grocery store bag than an actual brand bag. If I'm being blunt about it I would suggest that corporate look into this and see how much of their food, since the taste didn't quite seem regular for Taco Bell food, is actually Taco Bell brand...
Read moreAlright so I was super excited to try this new taco Bell out, it's right down the street from me and I have been watching them build it since day one. Man what a disappointment tho, I've been here twice now and the first time not only did they mess up our order on the different items we got carry out and when we got home which is literally one minute away, the food was cold. Not cold like I drive home and it cooled off, cold like it had been sitting for a while. The chips e were that weird stale taste, we literally had to put our food in the microwave at home to be able to eat it. Then on my second visit I decided to give them another try and this time ate inside the restaurant thinking it would be better. Well I was wrong, I explicitly order no tomatoes on things and of course there were tomatoes the food again was Luke warm to borderline cold. The crunchy taco just completely feel apart the Shell just broke into ten pieces when I grabbed it and again same stale nachos. As I was eating someone from the drive thru line walked in any brought his food because they made it wrong as well. Just the staff looks dumbfounded there and there food is not good. The taco Bell on Martin and Harper it much much better and even tho it's about five minutes further for me they will definitely be getting my business...
