Starbucks — Restaurant in Roseville

So i actually go out of my way to this starbucks because I'm totally obsessed with the Iced cherry chai. As soon as I say my order, they already know it's me lol. And I get extra EVERYTHING! They make my drinks perfect 99.999% of the time. I've only had 1 time it didn't have what I asked for. So I drove back around, told them and they made 2 new ones! Plus, i have a special needs child, and 1 of the girls gave him a lollipop cake bite! I mean come on how above & beyond service is that!? This is THE best starbucks hands down! Highly recommend them. And you should try the venti Iced cherry chai w/ extra cherry foam, extra cherry cruch topping & 1 scoop of the sweet cherry powder in with the tea! Omg if you love cherry, trust me, you'll become obsessed just like me😂. I also get the iced lavender chai w/ extra lavender foam & 1 scoop of lavender powder in the tea! They recently ran out of my cherry powder & i had to go to a different starbucks. It was no where near as good!😂. I promise you'll love this one! 5 stars...

According to the starbucks employee that took my order Starbucks does not stir any of their drinks including hot coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and all iced drinks. I requested that she stirred my drink anyway so I could actually taste the flavor of the drink and she takes the cup and moves it around, didn’t try to use or offer me a straw or stirrer. They don’t have spoons that fit the cups…. When I asked the Starbucks in the Kroger at 9 mile & harper, I was told that they do stir their drinks except for ones such as the macchiato which is an unstirred drink. Don’t go to the Starbucks at 13 mile & little mack unless you like unstirred coffee or they invest in spoons they can use to stir...

This is against this Starbucks location not Starbucks in general. The Starbucks in this Kroger is poorly run. I stood in line for a long time and when it was just me standing in line another person stood in another spot separate from the line and proceeded to cut in front of me when the server was finished helping the person they were helping and said and did absolutely nothing to mind me who they saw standing there while they were helping the last person. Forgiving that and giving them another chance since it was the server and not the location, today I buy my coffee and it’s nothing like how it usually is and was more like shaved ice with a milky taste.
