Krush Burger — Restaurant in Roseville

Horrible service! Never in my life left a review at a restaurant until today! They value their profit on food more than their customers.

I’ve been here before and I love the food. I brought my family in, expecting a good time and good food. We order our food and there was a mistake in taking our order and they gave us a bbq chicken instead of a buffalo chicken I ordered. So we ask the cashier about the mistake and she seemed nice and understanding (she was very busy). So she said she’ll bring one out. Then I said okay great, and I proceeded to purchase Another buffalo chicken since I was still hungry. The cashier brings one out and tells me the other one will come out shortly. So 5-10 minutes go by.

I go to the kitchen and a man named Hinder or Inder asked if I needed something (seems like he was the manager or owner by the way he talked and carried himself, and like he was unhappy to be there on a Sunday afternoon) I told him I was waiting for the other buffalo chicken. He then says no we gave you one already. He proceeds to print my receipt and circled the the bbq chicken order with emphasis as if I’m an idiot. I told him I know what it says on the receipt but you made the mistake in taking my order AND you told me you were going to fix it.

He asked me what did you do with the bbq chicken. Of course I ate it. What did you want me to do? Throw it away to waste or Give it back so you can resell it??! Then he says again I’m not giving you another one. You can purchase another buffalo if you want one.

Really? Not even an apology? So I tell him okay, fine. (I’m not going to start arguing and fighting with this guy over a dang $3 burger that he seems to care about so much for over a customer.)

AND IN ADDITION TO ALL THIS. I witnessed them mess up 2 other people’s orders after mine. And someone complained about the fries being Rock hard (mine were too). They replaced them, and I’m assuming they didn’t fix anything (he left them on the table after trying 1 ) So I know it’s not just me complaining.

If he treats his customers like this I could only imagine how he treats employees. I had even left a $5 dollar tip which I really regret giving. I’m not returning back to a place that cares more about their $3 burgers than their frequent customers and having common courtesy. Hell even McDonald’s would treat me better and give me a burger and fries for messing up. Last...

It was a late evening and my wife and I wanted to try something new so we navigated to this place and probably should have not even gone in. The place had 1 customer, not sure why it was empty but we went in anyway because we were hungry. Being our first time the person there described the burgers are the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger, Ok then so I ordered the double combo and my wife ordered the same only she had garlic fries. When our order was ready I went to pick up our food and there were only 2 burgers with the order and 2 orders of fries, one of them a garlic fry. So... where are the 2 other burgers? We ordered 2 doubles and got 1 with extra fries and a drink. Very disappointed when the server said she didn’t charge us for the second double but we had the extra fries and a drink. It was quite expensive for what we actually received. Tasty but would never go back to a place with such a vague menu with no real description of what a combo is (everything was charged separately) no real combo price and a place that would not correct...

We haven't had krush burger in a while, so we were excited to eat here. Definitely the first and last time we will come to this location. Makes me mad they ask for a tip up front and I'm angry I left one because they don't deserve it. As soon as the cashier was done ringing us up, she took off outside on her phone. We purchased 3 cups and didn't bother to give us the 3rd cup which cost $3.29. We waited at the counter until a guy came from the back and I told him we didn't get our third cup and he was telling me that we only ordered 2 combos and I had to tell him that I also ordered an extra cup as well..and I'd show the receipt but I wasn't given one. When the food came up it was bland, and our garlic fries were soggy and sitting in a puddle of oil. As we were eating the cashier came out and sprayed cleaner all over the table next to us, and it was all we could smell. Pretty sure it got on what was left of our fries, so we stopped...
