I rarely post reviews but I think the behavior of the manager of this store warrants some sort of repercussion particularly since she was actively blocking the QR code for store feedback. I drove my toddler son over an hour to this mall to do the promotional LEGO set event. He had been looking forward to it for weeks. We arrived two hours before the promotion ended only to be rudely told, despite ample space let alone plenty of kits to take home, that there was no more room and we couldn't get a kit. Read moreWorst customer service ever. We waited patiently like any other customer in line (45 min we waited), by the time it was out turn to shop we were asked to leave by the manager Dave, he assumed we were done shopping rather then asking if we needed assistance, and asked one of us to leave the store. If you've ever played with LEGOs or if you don't know what I'm talking about, come see for yourself! Worth the drive. Now I'm deciding which one(s) to...
