Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen — Restaurant in Roseville

Got the baked ziti along with a slice of pizza and a bowl of Mac and cheese. The lady ahead of me in line got her food to go. The cashier put the top on her bowl and bagged the rest of her items. When he got to me he asked what I ordered and proceeded to ring me up and make our drinks. I told him it was to go and he proceeded to push my food towards the people behind me in line. He gets a bag and lids and waves them at me. At that point I was trying to get my food since he didn’t seem like he as gonna bag my items. He still waving the bag and lid at me and I told him one moment and asked why he didn’t bag my food like the lady ahead of me. His response was oh I thought you were getting a meat on top, even though I told him already what I had order and he already rang me up and I had paid. He simply did not want to bag my to go food. I work in customer service and this was horrible customer service. I won’t be back and will recommend to friends and family now...

terrible. the dudes face made me frustrated even more

I asked for some lasagna (?), and a small bowl of Mac n cheese. I paid $13, expecting for it be for BOTH. But no, the owner DIDNT want to give me my other order. disrespectful, he treated it poorly and when I asked for it he refused bc I simply didn’t “tell him I had another order” when he was aware I ordered smthing else

also the Mac n cheese was plain… no seasoning just cheese. don’t go here if u want service, rude service, TERRIBLE food and outrageous pricing ($13 for a SMALL bowl of Mac n cheese…) embarrassing. I’m glad that I saw the majority of 1 star reviews being the 2nd most rated star.

google should add a 0 star, I demand my $6 back u rat 🙄

I’m not sure if the older man with a grey shirt was the manager or not but I won’t be coming back here. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza and they said it would be 15-20min. They had a full pepperoni pizza they apparently were reserving they for individual slices. I was told they didn’t have the regular pizza to make me, only deep dish. It was only 2pm so I’m not sure why they were out of regular pizza. They wouldn’t give me the one they had or the deep dish for the regular price. I’m a little disappointed they didn’t have a way to tell me when the pizza was done either. 15 minutes later when I returned I stood waiting while they ignored me. After five more minutes they gave me a pizza that was sitting in a box the entire time I stood there. I’m definitely...
