We recently had a wedding on a Thursday evening. The suit was to be returned the next day, Friday. I have only experienced returning a suit to Mens Warehouse once, and it was not at this location.
My previous experience I walked in with the suit and I was told where to place it. They made it severely convenient and quick to return suits with this company. I was expecting yesterdays suit return process would be just as smooth. I was under the impression in took less than 5 minutes to return a suit because that was my prior experience.
We walked into he Roseville location, there were two people actively helping with orders. I waited until someone could assist with the suit return. I stood quietly for about 15 minutes. I finally asked one of the employees if it would be more convenient that I return the suit at another time, a time where they arenāt so busy. Immediately I felt like I had done something wrong. One of the employees quickly walked over, grabbed the suit and threw it on the ground behind the register. They were very short and rude. I get itā¦people are busy. I would have thrown the suit on the ground myself if you wouldāve simply told me thatās how easy it was to return.
Moving forward Iāll know that there is no process with returning. Iāll also not be using the Roseville location moving forward. I am sorry you were short staffed, I have worked with short staffed conditions. I never give customers this type of...

I just became increasingly disappointed overall due to the several issues we had after the first appointment when we picked everything out. Due to several "computer glitches" we had to call back several times when they somehow assigned a groom's tux to a person who wasn't even renting a tux, they gave me all pink vests when I ordered GREY, gave me all pink ties when I ordered half pink and half purple, and ultimately gave everyone pink pocket squares when they were supposed to give me whatever color the guy's ties were. That last mistake actually was never fixed as it happened literally the day before the wedding and at that point I was simply tired of calling them. Granted, the guys looked amazing, but if I knew everyone was going to get a pink pocket square, I would have saved myself the trouble and just given them all purple ties for the contrast. I ended up with two guys wearing purple/pink and three wearing pink/pink. Small details nobody else would notice, but this is not what we paid for.
It is too bad that a computer, if it actually was a computer glitch, could cause this many problems because my experience dealing with the real employees...

They ordered a suit and related accessories for my husband to be able to attend a graduation mass with our daughter and promised a delivery date for the shirt of 4/23. The shirt didn't arrive until 4/25 and then still needed alterations. My husband visited the store for alterations and they measured the shirt and told him he could pick it up on Saturday in time for his event. The next day they called and said he had to come in again to pay for the alterations or they wouldn't work on the shirt. He informed them he couldn't come in this evening to pay but would gladly pay over the phone or on Saturday when he picked up the shirt. The shirt had already been paid for along with $500 of other merchandise. My husband has purchased well over $10,000 worth of merchandise at this store in the past and would have expected Nick the manager to make a bit of effort to try to find a solution that worked for us. Instead he handed us off to an associate and we never heard from him again. Needless to say, I will never shop there again.
