Nordstrom — Local services in Roseville

I have been to Nordstrom's many times, and yesterday, I went to Nordstrom and had the worst experience. I want to get abroad and be remased. And get a strapless bra. When I walked up with my friend, it was 2 ladies who worked there who were standing at the Register just having aconversation.I was standing by the dressing room, just staring at them. Wondering, when is somebody gonna not acknowledge us? It's about 5 to 8 minutes later. They walked away, and I said wow. Is somebody gonna come and help us? We went to get Sized. I tell her what size i am she tells me. No, you can't be that size, and then she measures me and says I think this is wrong because the size I gave her was correct.""" She walks out the dressing room and leaves the door open while I am standing there with nothing on. I tell her I'm coming for a strapless bra. And she tells me. Will you let me do my job? I said, ma'am. You don't even know what I'm looking for. I came here for a strapless bra, so can you bring a strapless bra back? So she comes back with a lot of bras. And I said, ma'am, none of these are strapless bras. She says ma'am. Can you let me do my job? Can you just try them on? So I'm trying to be patient cause I'm going out of town. I tried the brawls on. She walks out the dress room once again, leaving the door open. I said, "Can you close the door?" She looked back and walked off again. The part that was crazy through all of this was things I felt like she was insulting me. She said. Do you have any bras at home, or do you have more than one bra at home? "I said, ma'am. I'm a grown woman. I have multiple brows at home. She said oh you have brass, ma'am." I shop at Nordstrom's. All the time, why wouldn't I have any brawls? I'm 40-plus years old. And the way she was talking to me was just so disrespectful. So if you ever go to Nordstrom's at the Roseville Galleria, do not let the sales representative by the name of Anastasia R. help you. You know, we pay too much money to get poor customer...

Edit: I have ordered something from this store and it has been 3 days with no updates to my order. This location has serious issues and it shows that they don't care by them giving generic, copy+paste responses to all negative feedback on here.

Worst experience at this Nordstrom. I went in to buy some items to treat myself for receiving a bonus. I was so excited. The girl helping me had no idea what the inventory was, was bringing me nothing that I asked for, and kept bringing me random things that didn't fit the description of what I was looking for at all. I asked for unlined bras and told her I don't like anything thick. She continuously brought me thick, lined, bras. She did not bring me one unlined bra. I grabbed all the items myself that I wanted, and didn't need her help for anything other than getting a fitting room. I asked her to fetch something for me in a different size, and that was it. I still got some items in store and ordered some at the because they were out of stock. I get home and the security tags were left on all my items I got in store. I brought them back and had the security tags removed. Then the next day, I got my items from my online order and the girl ordered me all the wrong things and I had to go back again. I then saw that the items I purchased in store was the wrong size. She didn't even grab the size for me that I asked for when in the fitting room.

Now I am getting messages that my package with the supposed correct items was undeliverable because of "no access". There were no notes as to why there as no access, but my apartment complex has no gate and nobody knocked at my door. I contacted Nordstrom and let them know and they blew me off. For the premium prices you pay, you do not receive premium service. This has been a miserable experience where everything went wrong and I still do not...

Brooke in the dress department is a god send. My friend had 40 minutes to buy a dress. Not an exaggeration. We had been to multiple cities and tried on on 100 dresses. I ran up the escalator like I was about to miss an international flight while my friend was parking the car. Brooke immediately greeted me and got to WORK. We are talking triage code red work. I told her the timeline and gave her parameters, not easy ones: on a budget, yes open to going out of comfort zone and open to traditional options, short, long, patterned, plain. We wanted to try ALL the options and Brooke delivered! She pulled at least 20 dresses. Got us in a room and was EXECUTING with precision. Checking in, pulling the no’s, getting different sizes. 10/10 flawless execution. If dress shopping was an Olympic sport, Brooke would be a 5 time world record holder. My bestie left the store with not one, but two incredible dresses in our budget (zero pressure to buy both).
