My husband and I love their furniture and Shop at the outlet or Roseville store since we are such big fans of it. We recently purchased a floor model sofa a couple weeks ago. We won't be getting it for another couple weeks since it's still in the store on their floor. We asked if we could return (although like I said it's not in our house it's still on the store floor getting sat on by customers and what not) it since it won't work in the room we wanted it for. They won't let us return a sofa that we haven't received and won't be for another couple of weeks!?!? I was told it was a final sale but thought that was once it was INSIDE my home. The Store Manager I spoke too was not helpful and said in a rude tone "sorry it's yours". Funny cause I DONT HAVE IT, its still in YOUR store as I type this and won't be in my home for another couple of weeks!!!!. Seems crazy that I can't return something that I haven't received yet. they charged me for already and they are using it as a floor model for their customers. Read moreEvery time I have visited RH in the Roseville Galleria, I have had a very positive experience but today in particular was just such a phenomenal visit due to the outstanding service and hospitality that I received from Jason, Michael and Amanda. The 3 of them went above and beyond to assist us and really made us feel like valued customers. Today was the first time meeting Amanda and Michael but I have dealt with Jason many times in the past and he is excellent at his job. Read moreI visited RH Roseville, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff completely ignored me, spending their time chatting among themselves instead of assisting customers. I had several questions, but no one approached me or offered help—they just sat there, watching us while talking.
It was clear they had no interest in customer service, and it felt like they were being paid just to socialize. I had no idea who to even ask for assistance. Given the lack of service, I wouldn’t be surprised if they struggle with sales. Their training must be nonexistent.
