See's Candies — Local services in Roseville

I love See's candies but my latest experience with customer service at the Roseville mall location happened to be unpleasant. I picked my favorite candies' boxes and paid for it with two gift cards I bought at Costco. I also had a coupon for $5 from previous purchase. When I gave a coupon to an employee of the store (a man) he got upset that I didn't give it to him at the very beginning. I said that I didn't know about that. He said that it must had been written on the coupon which was not (I checked). Then another employee (a woman) came to help with the transaction. I told her that I'm not happy to be blamed for something I didn't know I had to do. She replied "it's okay". I don't think it's okay to blame a customer for something I'm not guilty of. I'm quite surprised about the customer service I received. I used to have very pleasant and even old-fashioned sweet service at See's candies store. I guess they were tired...

My daughter and I love going to See’s when we can, it’s our happy place, well, this is not a great location to feel good about if you are picking out random pieces. We like to pick out 5 candies each, and my daughter was looking and deciding and the lady helping us was very clearly irritated with her picking out one piece at a time and expressed her frustration by her body language and her tone. I guess you need to know exactly what you want the second you’re up and you better order fast, or you get attitude. Glad this isn’t our regular See’s location. Edit: My daughter just realized that the almond candy piece she picked she got a scotchmallow, instead. Wonder if she was rushing so put the wrong piece in the bag, accidentally, or on purpose because she was irritated with...

Galleria at Roseville, CA. Alex was perfect in carrying out the vision for Sees candy customer care: polite, sweet, spoke highly of the products, helpful. Growing up in Hawaii Sees candy was the Christmas gift of choice for my family, the only gift my mom and dad both loved and wouldn’t give away, lol. My husband loves the Bordeaux eggs. I love anything Sees. My daughters get Nuts and Chews boxes for many Valentines Days. Love their seasonal gifts. Can’t beat them.
