The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Roseville

I went to the Honeybaked ham store in Roseville, on 11/24/24. I went in with intention to buy a ham for Thanksgiving. I quickly changed my mind once I heard how your staff treated the person ahead of me. The employee was borderline belligerent. The person what type sandwich came with the special, the employee barked at her honey baked. The answer was not clear to the customer so they asked again, and she was barked at again. If the employee just stopped and asked the person some clarifying questions they would have understand what they were asking. Now while this is going on there are 4 employees watching this going down and smirking at how the employee was behaving as if they were amused. The same employee made the sandwich for the customer, she did it with so much attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but when it comes to work you need to be professional at all times. Went there on Saturday afternoon and they were out of everything, on Easter weekend and then ended up getting a ham , they did not even tell me that the sold ham there I had to ash a customer, bought the ham which for the price should have been top notch, they put the ham in a torn bag which dripped all over my leather seat to start out ,got it home and it was dry with not much flavor, pretty much ruined Easter, so much for their guaranteed customer service she blew me off and then tried to call store and called twice with no answer and left a message and it's been 2 days ,so obviously they are too busy and don't need any more customers. I will tell all my customers about this experience and they all can tell their friends and acquaintance and hopefully someone will get the message ,stay away from this place they just...

Great spot for fast lunch! A former co-worker gave me a gift card here and I've had it for almost a year now because I always thought of Honey Baked Ham Co as an "old timey" store that wouldn't have very healthy lunches for me... WRONG! I got the ham & turkey pesto sandwich (pictured below) and it was amazing! The smell and taste of the bread paired with the delicious meats and veggies plus the cheese... SO GOOD! I also got a side of the broccoli salad (not pictured). I ate half and will have the other half tomorrow, but I had to make myself stop eating it! Not something I normally say about broccoli.
