Torrid — Local services in Roseville

I never leave reviews but I didn't have a great experience shopping there today. My friend and I shopped in the store and were not even greeted for over 10 minutes. There was only a couple other customers in the store at the time. inventory was extremely low and there was maybe one or two sizes available of each item. It was frustrating to find something I liked but they didn't have it available. There was two employees in particular who stood at the registers and talked the entire time. They never left the registers and approached anyone in the store. I was trying to shop from the wall and one of the employees stood in the way talking to the other one and wouldn't move so I could get closer to the clothes. When it was time to check out the two employees kept talking to each other and didn't acknowledge my friend or myself at all or make any small talk to us. It was very rude and they definitely need to learn better customer service. I will not return to this location and I will shop online...

I usually love shopping at Torrid and have always recieved great customer service. Today, however, that was not the case. As I walked into the store, and started looking around I found a really cute top, but they did not have my size in stock. I asked the woman behind the counter is they had more of a particular size in the stock room. Her response to me was..." We do have one of that size in stock in the back, but I'm saving it for myself. I guess you can try it on if you want it." 😏 I expressed to the sales associate that, yes, I would like to try it on, and asked if she could get it. She said that she would, but when I went to try on my clothes I noticed the top was not in the dressing room. I asked the saled associate again to get the top, but she never came back. Torrid definitely lost my buisness today because of this associate's bad attitude and poor...

I love Torrid the only thing that they need to do is they need to make their store bigger it's a store for fat people like me to buy clothes yet there's no room to move around in there let alone for a heavy-set person...I find myself knocking into stands and walls quite often because they're just too small they need to expand their store and make it bigger I love how they personalized the doors for you when you're trying on clothes I love that somebody walks around and helps you find what you're looking for the only thing that I don't like is the size of the store it's too small to...
