Williams-Sonoma — Local services in Roseville

This Williams-Sonoma location has a lovely and wonderful staff. My fiance and I were in over the weekend to browse for a wedding registry. We were having a very stressful day, but this was an errand we needed to get done. The three staff-members we interacted with were all courteous and helpful. When I explained that our day was stressful and we were just browsing (and not actually setting up a registry), the staff gave us the space we needed, but stayed on hand for when we had questions.

In short, the customer service was excellent. They left us alone when we needed them to. They answered all our questions efficiently and honestly, with appropriate recommendations and suggestions. We entered the store while we were having a bad day, but our interactions with the staff made it so that we left the store happy and in a much better mood.

I would heartily recommend this location, and I'll be visiting them again...

I recently visited this store and was impressed by their extensive collection of items. However, I was disappointed with the attitude of the employees towards each other. They seemed disinterested in assisting each other and even made faces when approached for help. This kind of service is unacceptable, and it left a negative impression on my overall shopping experience. The lady ( Bianca- If i my saying the name right) did her best to help us but the other lady (Mary) and the guy seemed totally reluctant in helping her even though we were the inly customers in the store for an hour. I've decided not to shop here again and would prefer to buy from online...

Totally unhappy! I bought one of the top of the line Brevelle toaster ovens in 2025 Christmas time for my wife, as a gift. Already having problems in less than a year. This high Dollar device, didn't last one year! Because of policy, there is no "exchange". We have to send it in for repairs. But while it's out for repairs, we had to buy another. I find it amazing, they won't just send another to exchange! With that said, I'll never buy a high priced item from William Sonoma ever again, and especially Brevelle! And if someone from William Sonoma is looking, I used my wife's account to purchase it, so this post won't reflect that. Buyer beware,...
