NO PERFECT 5 STARS HERE. This Store IS NOT part of the 500 or so members of the CRICKET Stores Family. My Kids & I purchased a NEW cellphone for My Wife & a problem came up. We were at ROSS PARK MALL & We thot that We would stop by to see if they could HELP. (A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME). We stopped by to ask WHY My Wife's cellphone was LOSING POWER so fast & having to be CHARGED every day. The SO-CALLED phone expert told US to put the phone on a charger & to LEAVE IT ON ALL NIGHT. Any INTELLIGENT cellphone expert will tell You that You CAN'T do that, It will MESS Your phone up alot & it will RUIN Your battery. Obviously, This Employee DOESN'T know what He's doing. Btw, We purchased the cellphone at a real "CRICKET WIRELESS STORE" & We will NEVER set foot in this location...

We purchased an S9 and got a free phone at the same time. We paid insurance a year+ on an S9 but somehow the guy at cricket put the insurance on the free phone not on the S9. When we call for a claim they all play dumb and didnt help me on this issue caused by them. Not come here, it's full of incompetent people.
