I work in customer service, and this was THE BEST experience I have EVER had.

My husband and I got married young and weren’t able to get a nice ring at first. Now that he got a nice job we wanted to upgrade my ring and get a new wedding band. We got our original ones online so we never got to experience that in person dynamic with rings so we were nervous we would have a bad experience.

We’ve gone into other stores just looking but there was something about Noah Gabriel that we really loved. Being young, we often get judged right off the bat and people don’t take us seriously. Chad helped us look at rings I was really interested in and let me try on different bands with the diamond I really liked. A few days later we went back and decided to pull the trigger on getting a new ring. Chris and Chad were AWESOME!!!! They were so engaging and really knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like they were being pretentious or judging us because we were young. They also made the experience very painless. Other big company stores just look at you like you’re a bug on the wall but Chad and Chris at Noah Gabriel really made us feel at home and at ease with a big purchase. They even thought of things like boxes, insurance and all the things that can be over whelming or not thought of initially. When we ordered the ring they didn’t mind me bugging them asking if it came in everyday since i was so excited for it. It took less than a week and it is PERFECT. On top of that they have really cool policies like the upgrade program and cleaning services and I feel like anyone with any budget can find a BEAUTIFUL piece for their loved one.

I am so glad we were able to do this and have such a good experience. It made everything that much more perfect!! I would not recommend anyone else to go to for jewelry.

I can't tell you how much I love coming here. It's hard to come up with the words to explain it even in this review. I am a watch lover and this is my place to be when it comes to watches. I enjoy owning my watches more knowing that I purchased them from this remarkable staff. I usually work with Chad, but have been assisted by everyone in the store. They have the dream team put together here. I have purchased three watches from them so far, and they will never leave my collection. One, because I like them, and two, because they were simply purchased here. Hands down my favorite place to be when I'm out and about in the north hills area. It's a promise that I'm stopping by if I dare enter the mall for anything. I always stop by to see what they have new in stock. It's even fun talking about things beyond watches with them. Chad is a such a great person at heart, and is highly knowledgeable in all things watches and beyond in the store. Love giving them business and will always be a happy and loyal customer. Would not even recommend this store to my worst enemy. I took my new, priceless wedding band (that came to me from the other side of the world) there to be re-sized, and it came back with a hole in it. Not to mention, it's not even any smaller. It's still too large for my finger, only now it has huge, uncomfortable clamps inside. I put my trust in them and it took them three weeks (after originally being quoted only one week over the phone) to do what with it? Damage it? I paid you almost $400 to destroy my ring? They are claiming that they can't fix it, either. You should've been more knowledgeable about the type of metal you were dealing with if you weren't sure whether or not it was hollow. You don't check for these kinds of things before diving in? My heart is broken that such a precious item to me was so carelessly ruined and is now apparently un-fixable. Please, I beg you, save yourself the heartache and do not take your jewelry here. Unfortunately, it's too late for...
