PINK — Local services in Ross Township

I visited the ross park mall location on Sunday, 9/2 around 4:45. I came in with the mission of being properly sized (for the first time) and investing in a few bras that would last. I don't have a lot of money to spend on myself, but I saved up for this trip. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. I said that I was really in need of new bra and had never been fitted (I only had one bra that didn't fit well). I was welcomed and quickly taken back to the fitting room. The amazingly kind and welcoming employee wrote down my name and she showed me to a room, saying someone would be right in to measure me. I waited only a few seconds, and another employee was there to size me. She was wonderful! I was brought the sizing bra, and because the band was coming up in the back, she knew to drop down from a 34 to a 32. When I tried the new size, it was perfect! The whole time, the employees were asking how the fit was, what I thought, and made me feel really appreciated and attended to. Everything went so smoothly. After finding my size and trying on a bunch of options, I chose two. As soon as I was done, I hit the button inside the dressing room. The same employee came right back and complimented my choices, and showed me exactly where they were in the store! I chose a few and was given a bag to make carrying easier. Then I was taken back to the fitting room to make my final picks. Even though having bras that fit me felt amazing, it was the staff who made the experience beyond perfect.

I keep saying "employees/staff" becaue I have a horrible memory and don't remember everyone's names. The women working that night really got to know me in a short time and took GREAT care of me. I had to write in and let people know how amazing the staff is here. I felt so comfortable, so welcome, and so attended to. I really had the feeling that I was their most important customer (on a busy Sunday) and they weren't just trying to sell me the highest priced items. I only had a little bit of money to spend on myself, and after today I'm so happy I stopped in. The employees working Sunday night (yes, all of them!) really made my day and took such amazing care of me. I feel confident again, and I can't wait to go back to shop here! Well i normally never give a bad review but i cant get todays experience off my mind. Im not by any means "over weight" i wear a size 8/10 pants and a 36 c bra and size medium tops generally to give an idea of what i am. I went in the store earlier today and was looking for a specific pair of black workout leggings i saw on a friend of mine and i have several pairs of my own i love them! I was greeted by an older woman blonde hair i commented on her coral leggings saying i liked them! I went over to the shelf they were folded on and held them up i said these look shorter than how they look on you. Are they short ? She said well your holding up an extra small . I said oh? But i really didn' t think that mattered i was talking about the length style of the pant. Then she says that she normally didnt wear the sport clothing cause shes "heavier" i said oh you look great in them. She said this pair will look good on you too since your the same build as me? I immediately kind of choked , she just reffered to herself as heavy and made a remark she didnt like wearing them for that reason, then compared her body to mine !!! I have worked in retail for over 16 years and i was blown away. I also had just gone through a "loss" that i dont really want to blast on the internet but it has me insecure about my body . I dont think i ever can shop at this location...

I had a lot of help while at the store so five stars for that! The selection was not there, for my size. I went in very specifically for 2 things. I had done my homework before going and read that the item I went in for ran small, no give. I expressed that to the original person helping me, she felt from her personal experience that wasn't accurate. Having little time before store closed, valuable time was wasted. As the information I researched was correct. After that things went down hill. I wanted to try on the only other color available in my size. I was told it would fit the same. It should have. Naturally, after getting home. It didn't fit, very dissapointing. I hate having to take things back. I put a lot into my selection, research, so this mayhem dosent happen. Not ...
